I’ve come to share my experience with PE, now that I have been extremely consistent for almost 4 months now.

I first found out about PE ≈12 years ago. I did it for a month, then quit, would do it for a couple weeks, then quit for a while again.
I’d see a little bit of gains but never stuck with it for long enough or consistent enough for anything to stick an id always go back to the same old size.
Enter October 2025 when I was fed up with what I had in my hands, wanted to really put effort and dedication in.
To be honest, my main source of inspiration and knowledge was MoS. You have every exercise explained, routines, support, and experience to back it.

I started with jelqs and basic stretching, as well as pumping when I had time.
Over the last few months, I’ve gotten a sili stretcher, used my old bath mate and added a few extra exercises like ULI’s and horse squeezes.
Now, I recently bought a mity vac and started hanging and ooooh boy, what a tool!
My routine as of the last week (wake up early before anyone else cause I’m a family man) is:
- hanging for 30 minutes -6 or 7 lbs
- Erect, mityvac for 10 minutes (-5hg to -10hg depending on how I’m feeling / listen to my body)
- SSJ and compression squeezes
- Mityvac for 10 minutes
- SSJ and compression squeezes
- then at night I throw in another 20 minutes of the same pumping routine.

The last 2 times I’ve had sex with my wife, fuck me.
She asked if I’d pump then immediately have sex after, and lately, when I’m max hard, I can barely get my fingers around my cock, and that was what I was wanting. Eventually I don’t want to be able to get my hand around my cock.

She came multiple times before I even got it in all the way, she already talked about my dick constantly throughout the day before PE, but now, she is crazy for it. The texts I get all day, the way she comments on when I’m in just my underwear or heaven for bid naked around the house.

Ain’t no joking matter. You have no idea. I know what caused it. Believe me, my dead feeling ,shrunken non colored glans I deal with every dang day is no joke. When it happens to you, you’ll never expect it,or even feel it,that’s for sure. I felt the same great inside feelings it seems that you do ,literally the day before I woke up feeling off. It’s unreal to sit here try to feel things that just aren’t there now,and know you made yourself completely useless over a worthless idea.

If you know she's going to jump you, like my wife jumps me after I pump, try to go easy on the high pressure. I know it's really nice to get a plump penis so she can be stuffed to the point of breakage. However, after -10inHg, the blood vessels may not support the continuous natural venous constriction because the micro-valves may not be strong enough. If you use a penis ring, sure, not a problem. But because of the high pressure causes the veins to be larger, the micro valves may not be long enough to hold down the expanded blood vessels.

So, try -5inhg, swing back and forth between -7inHg and -10inHg during 5 to 10 minutes dynanic sets, switch back down to -5inHg and -6inHg dynamic sets. BUT, the trick is to use a sleeve to create a compression between the foreskin and the expanding spongiosa. When you use the sleeves, you also cause your glans to expand. Now, you enlarged blood chambers, mushroom glans, BUT you also minimize any blood vessels from venous leakage. Your EQ should be solid.

If your EQ is solid even after the -10inHg pumping session, that's pretty freaking awesome! Just be watching out for the edema. My wife loves a bit of extra padding from the edema now and then, shooting the girth circumference past 6.3in, going up to 6.5in. Let's just say a bit of pain now and then causes her to quake.

No, he's partially right. However, the partially incorrect part has to play a part in a prolonged hidden issue, or multiple issues, laid dormant within his body. There was an entire diagnostic protocol we went through to search for a possible underlying series of events, which was finally triggered by a kink in the main nerve branch during pumping. It was a jelq. It was a compression on the main nerve during a pumping event by the lip of the pump. That quick nerve compression at the base of the penis sent a backlash signal to the upper nerve branch, which was the sciatic nerve. It was diagnosed that the sciatic nerve around the S2 to S4 was the main culprit, causing various misfires throughout the dominant left side of the body, including the pelvic floor.

So, brother notmeananymore can claim that PE was partly to blame, accelerating the issues that were already there in manifesting even faster. This is why we tried hard to ensure checks and balances on safety procedures for PE going forward. I've been telling the brothers about safety requirements going far back all over the internet, but I was like an annoying scratching board for their ears. One brother that suffer any kind of injury out of a thousand is still too much in our PE collective records. The MoS community's aim is to bring the PE safety awareness to all brothers who read the info within the community.

Nothing was ever “there” until I did this. My glans tissue was never differnt looking, dead feeling. I’m back. Im functional. I’ve taught myself how to live again, it’s all jacked up. But I have a new set of rules. Everything I ever knew is wrong.
