PE and Erection Poll

Hey guys, ive heard a lot of mixed results when it comes to Penis Enlargement and erection quality. Ive heard jelqing is bad for erections, and Ive heard it is good (on this site).

So Im hoping people can answer this poll honestly, because I am confused.

for me, its about doing what you "feel" is best e.g. if you do 2/3 clamp sessions your EQ may get better but if you do 5/6 it may not get hard for a while. just an example - clamping can either make mine great or gone!
i think jelqs have only ever increased my EQ though
