Pains on the left side of my buttocks

I've been having some pains on the left side of m6 buttocks since Wednesday. I feel the pain most times when I'm laying on the bed. It's like the pain is coming from a nerve or tissue connected to my buttocks bone.

This is the second time in having this problem and the first and second time was as a result of pumping. In the past I pumped while sitting down. After pumping for about 3 weeks, the pains on the left side of my buttocks comes up and when it does, I stopped pumping for a week and then it stopped.

I've been focusing on length ever since but now I have decided to focus on girth only. Now that I've gotten used to the pressure of the bathmate and I'm having good expansion, the pains has surfaced again after 3 weeks of pumping.

I looked it up on Google and found the below information:

Sciatica can occur due to a condition that is known as piriformis syndrome. ... The sciatic nerve runs down from the lower spine through to the buttocks and the back of the thigh. The pressure of the muscle on the sciatic nerve causes the pain known as sciatica.

Rest can help with the pain. So can medications such as acetaminophen (Tylenol) and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs like ibuprofen (Motrin) and naproxen (Aleve). Applying ice to the area for about 15 to 20 minutes, three times a day, during the first 48 to 72 hours also may help with soreness.

Has anyone had this problem? I don't want to quit PE, I want to get to my 7 inches girth goal. Do you guys think my body will adapt and after a while the pains will go away and never come back?

I've not done any PE since Sunday. I took Ibuprofen last night before going to bed. It helped a little but I still feel the pains some times. I feel it mostly when I'm laying in bed.

Has anyone had this problem?

I don’t have that problem my brother but I’m praying right now to Jesus for you that’s this problem goes away.

You sure it's not UTI related kidney pains? I hear it radiates down the lower back to just underneath the butt.
Strangely I used to get these when I was using the Bathmate regardless of how clean my pump was.... Maybe it was the water or something else, don't know. But I haven't pumped in a while and haven't experienced them thus far. I might use a condom when next I pump, just to see what is going on.

I knew it must have happened to someone toi not just me. Mine normally happens after 3 weeks of pumping. I sit or lay in the bed while pumping.

I don't know if standing in the bathroom will help while pumping. The pains is gone now, it only lasted for a week.

Did the pains stop while you were pumping or you had to stop your routine because of the pain?

It's called Sciatic nerve pain or something like that

So you’re now pumping standing up? Is this solving the issue?

I am uet to resume pumping. I intend doing the Sciatic nerve pain exercises on a daily basis while pumping daily too. There is a youtube video that says that I should continue doing whatever sport that I'm doing that brought the sciatic pain.

The video said I should just male sure that I'm doing the sciatic nerve pain edercises daily along side with whatever sport I'm doing that brought the pain.

I will resume pumping over the weekend.

I had to stop pumping for the issue to completely resolve. Prior to stopping I was in and out of the doctors ever 2 weeks. Doc started to think it was just my mind and I was being paranoid, but the pain was real and insane! I guess I wasn't letting things heal properly before starting again..... And yes, I always pump standing.

Well, this means the pains will always come no matter the position you take when pumping. I believe sciatic nerve exercises can help. I intend doing the sciatic nerve exercises everyday while pumping everyday too.

I reaf on a youtube video that says, i shouldn't stop whatever sport that brought the pains, instead i should continue with the sport and then start doing sciatic nerve exercises daily.

This might be the only solution. I will share the video here. I think the sciatic nerve pain is as a result of compressed nerves. If i ever encounter the pain again, that would be the end of my girth journey.

We wll see what happens.

Quite interesting...had a sharp pain on my lower back, where the kidneys are,the condom idea sounds useful...

Yep pump standing is the way to go!!

My own pain had nothing to do with my back. It's was mainly on my left buttocks. I think daily cadio exercises will help too and also sciatic nerve pain exercises.

I remember when my wife was pregnant she had such sciatica it was impossible for her to do many things. Now I understand the pain you’re going through on a much more personal level and I understand it’s a pretty big pain. I hope that when you do resume this new method will work for you.

What exercises are you doing for the sciatica?

Yes I hope so too. The pain is gone. It normally last for a week whether i treat it or not.

I saw hell whenever I experienced this Sciatica nerve pains. I finally figured out that, I was pumping for too long and too high of a pressure.
