I've been having some pains on the left side of m6 buttocks since Wednesday. I feel the pain most times when I'm laying on the bed. It's like the pain is coming from a nerve or tissue connected to my buttocks bone.
This is the second time in having this problem and the first and second time was as a result of pumping. In the past I pumped while sitting down. After pumping for about 3 weeks, the pains on the left side of my buttocks comes up and when it does, I stopped pumping for a week and then it stopped.
I've been focusing on length ever since but now I have decided to focus on girth only. Now that I've gotten used to the pressure of the bathmate and I'm having good expansion, the pains has surfaced again after 3 weeks of pumping.
I looked it up on Google and found the below information:
Sciatica can occur due to a condition that is known as piriformis syndrome. ... The sciatic nerve runs down from the lower spine through to the buttocks and the back of the thigh. The pressure of the muscle on the sciatic nerve causes the pain known as sciatica.
Rest can help with the pain. So can medications such as acetaminophen (Tylenol) and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs like ibuprofen (Motrin) and naproxen (Aleve). Applying ice to the area for about 15 to 20 minutes, three times a day, during the first 48 to 72 hours also may help with soreness.
Has anyone had this problem? I don't want to quit PE, I want to get to my 7 inches girth goal. Do you guys think my body will adapt and after a while the pains will go away and never come back?
I've not done any PE since Sunday. I took Ibuprofen last night before going to bed. It helped a little but I still feel the pains some times. I feel it mostly when I'm laying in bed.
