Pain In My Head

well I got this weird pain that started in my head I noticed it when I was going to the bathroom. When I squeezed on the head it hurt and when I swung dick around to get last bit of piss out it hurt in my head. Any ideas on what htis could be?

Bruise, maybe? If it hurts enough to be a concern you should just rest until it heals.
