Hey guys the ved I use for Peyronie's is called the soma correct. It has three cylinder sizes. I can only fill out cylinder a with about 7 pumps. There's no gauge which is really stupid so I don't know how much pressure that is. Either way I keep hurting myself. No bruising or red spots but aching in the shaft and perineum. I don't understand why because my penis is never fully erect inside and I always start at a flaccid state fully lubricated and preheated.
In cylinder b only the base of my shaft can fill the tube the rest of the penis doesn't even engorge.
Maybe I need to get a new pump with a gauge
