Progress thread Packed routine

Heya all, been around for couple of months, will proper introduce me later, first want to know opinions in my routine.

Started up with the basics, and getting the hang of it from september, already gained some in length and girth, 0.5 inch both,

Since +/- 15 december following my own packed routine:

Routine: starting around 20:00pm (duration 1 – 1.25 Hour)

Hot shower/ hot bath/ massage Penis

Wrapping with silicap,
Bundled stretches 30 secs, with lenghtmaster:
*Up – center/ left/ right (using lm powerassist to create lever upwards/ mandingo on left & right)
* Down – center/ left/ right (using lm powerassist in left & right)
* Center – center out/ left/ right (using lm powerassist in left & right)
* BTC – Center out/ left/ right (using lm powerassist in left & right)

This x3

After last set:
- 3x 30 s up bundled dld blasters (switching between clockwise / counter clockwise)
- 3x 30 s down bundled dld blasters (switching between clockwise / counter clockwise)
- 3x 30 s rotary stretches (switching between clockwise / counter clockwise)

Removing silicap:

Straight to 50 wet Jelqs upwards / creating erection for 5x5x3
Bathmate Xtreme for 5 mins
Hardcore stretches 30 second each: up, down, left, right, center out position. Every stretch 20-25 kegels.
SSJ – 5 mins, bigger grip on glans preventing donut effect
• 50 wet Jelqs upwards / maintaining erection for BM

This x3

After last set attaching Ring and 1 last air pump with bm for 30 secs. (Getting every expansion in front of the ring) ring attached for at least 1 hour.

Not wearing any ADS or Silisleeve (yet) after removal of cock ring. Instead got the pump or the hang from the bathmate at least 20 hours after this routine workout.

Next day all above.

What do we think?

Looks pretty solid to me, as long as you keeping gaining. You know when to start switching things up when you begin to plateau. Also if you don't want to shower on a particular day, you could consider a dedicated heating pad or a rice sock.

Looks good to me and I think you should do well just remember to change up intensity and exercise as you plateau
