Overgrown Foreskin

Hi guys, Rady here. I have a new issue I wanted to bring up: my penis, for the most part, has recovered, and now I am able to get erections. However, I am left with some severe overgrown foreskin. I believe this is from over-pumping and not using the proper warm-down methods. My foreskin is now elastic, long, and quite an ugly sight. I've heard it mentioned that gaining and growing into the foreskin is a way to mitigate this, but I'm scared to get back into PE and potentially increase my foreskin more. What do you guys think? Doing girthwork with consistency will fill the area where you have excess skin.

Always retract the foreskin as much as possible.
