As the title says I ordered that tube but managed to delete the confirmation mail for the purchase. As said it was ordered on the 27th of June and I have gotten absolutely zero mails about it being shipped. So whats happening?
Expected some faster handling of the order, especially considering I bought a 2.25x9.25 tube and a 2.5x9.25 inch tube as well in May and that order also took weeks before it was shipped.
As said I have managed to delete the confirmation email but I have receipts from both my own bank statement that the payment went through and from PayPal which I used to complete the purchase.
I just really want my new tube that I have paid for, being the third one I ordered in about a months time I would expect some better customer service/feedback.
Need it now, as my 2 inch tube is so packed it almost hurts. Tried with the 2.25 inch tube but for now it is just to wide for me hence me ordering the 2.125x9.25 tube for a better fit.
Honestly straight up dissappointed and a bit riled up regarding the lousy customer service and no info when my order will be shipped.
Can someone please help me figure it out? I have tried contacting them in the MoS shop but they take ages to answer if they ever do.
Even sent a mail who was referenced as the seller for PPC in my PayPal receipt, but nothing.
And yes, I am getting very unpatient as my third tube should have been here by now. And to make matters worse regarding my order of 2 tubes in May which I paid for the most expensive shipment method in hopes of it coming as quick as possible but no, after a couple of weeks I had to contact MoS shop since I heard absolutely nothing from them then either.
