First of all glad that the forums are back.

I've been spamming just about every MOS email I could find to get an update since the forums were down. It's been about a week and USPS doesn't have the package. Please help my bros.

Did you manage to get your order rolling?
 
that's the thing. no one's answering my emails & the tracking still says USPS is awaiting item

sure hope it gets forwarded to support
 
I’m having the same issue. I’ve been waiting for a good 3 weeks for my shipment and it’s still saying it’s in NC. Thank you for any help with this.

I also tried emailing [email protected] and the email got sent back saying it was undeliverable.

We're truly sorry about that. The server literally shut down 1:02 AM USA Eastern Standard Time on January 2nd. All mail going to [email protected] and [email protected] came to a stretching halt because the server died. I'm not kidding on the word "died" either. It was practically Frankenstein with the last few threads unravelled at the seams.

When any brothers ordered through the ordering website after January 2nd, the MoS Shop system wouldn't even respond at all since the mail client was dead. We salvaged all the mail to the every last hour when the server was up, including all the posts that the databases didn't think that it could drop. We'll work with you to get the orders that have already been assigned and packaged out. Due to the unexpected weather conditions all over the nation, postal services can get a bit tricky. So please be patient on that front as well.

I'll keep in touch with the order. Hopefully it'll arrive before I leave for vacation
 
Update

Support said USPS has the package. Went to the post office and they told me they don't have it they always scan the label when it's received. Now I told sales to reship if you can

@DLD can you follow up? I'd really wanna have it arrive before I leave
