Progress thread ONLY MANUALS ROUTINE!! JELQ & STRETCHING

Im sticking to the basics! I had not been stretching with enough intensity before, thats the reason i didnt gain.
I now stretch just before you feel a little pain just like when your stretching your legs.

Current Routine:
Warmup 5 minutes with warm water,

Bundled stretching 5 mins
Stretching
SD 2min
Left 2min
Right 2min
Front 2min
3xtimes repeat

Jelqing - (around 400 reps) 1dayon 1day off

I then wrap my erect(75-80%) penis with bandage and use a rubber band at the base to keep it enlarged for few hours,
I do sets of 20 mins about 3-4 times throughout the day.


How is my routine fellow brothers, Hope to gain at least half inch in 1-2 months.
 
Feeling sore few times in the shaft after a workout. My Erection Quality has diminished a little, cant reach 100% EQ when having sex, its normally 75-80%. Is this normal or should I decrease the intensity of my workout?
BTW, My morning wood is quite good, in the night I get erection often.
 
Have you been doing kegels? Those will help your EQ dramatically. I do manual only as well, pretty intense and often but my EQ has gone up.
 
Cant see gains in Erect length, I have gained 1cm in BPFSL this month even though its not that much.

My penis have darkened so much since hanging and clamping, skin color looks uneven,
any suggestions about creams to lighten it up or even it out.
Progresspic-MSEG 5.65" depending upon EQ NBPEL is somewhat around 6.25-6.5"
Can't wait to reach 8" ✌dream big

Since I already had this paper ruler which works fine, I didn't needed to buy tailors tape. I would buy when it tears apart ?.
Any suggestions about discoloration? My dick is on the way to become spotted BBC.
 
Hey buddy, I just went through your journal. I restarted mine, I have some experience with hanging, Ive gained almost an inch from it in the matter of a few months and now I am back at it. As far as discoloration, it is most likely the clamping and not the hanging that is doing that for you.

I like your combination of hanging and then going into the girth work, I did something similar only with pumping. However most of my results came from straight up hanging. I don't want to change up your routine to much but in case you were wondering how I hung, I only did 1 set of 20 mins. However I did hang heavy and whenever I started to feel comfortable with the weight Id increase it. If you are going to do this I advise to proceed with caution but don't be scared to push your limits a bit. If right now the weight you are hanging, is easy enough for you to zone out and read a book while doing it. For me, for my methods... that would be too light. I would look to get such and intense feeling and I would be counting down the seconds to take it off due to how uncomfortable it was. Keyword "uncomfortable" never pain.

After that I would either use a heating pad or wrap up. The heating pad is also great to warm up before hanging, maybe even a must.

Before,i used to clamp for long sets like 25-30 minutes, maybe thats why i have this discoloration, now i put an alarm of exactly 15 minutes. I also hang for 20 minutes, at the end or around 18 min, glans start to become little cold or blue. And my ligs feel little sore after the session, I hang 25-30 minutes of 2kg and increase it to 4kg for about 15 minutes in 2nd set. Maybe for 3rd set, I will hang about 20 minutes of 2kg. I try to do atleast 3 sets in a day. When i plateau, i will start more increasing weights. As for warm up, i do jelq or bundled stretching for few minutes and also use warm water.
 
I think so too, maybe i need to buy a vacuum hanger.

I wouldn't, my reason is before I started hanging I read what the pioneers of hanging posted here guys like King Snake, Dash etc. And this is bro science but the reasoning behind it is that to really grab that inner penis and stretch it out. The compression hanger is more effective. The Vacuum mainly pulls the skinny around your penis, which btw have been know to cause blisters. Forgive my lack of penis vocabulary, there are better ways and useful terms to describe what I just tried to explain. But thats the gist of it.
 
Right glans, around, outside… forgive my lack of terminology but yeah if attaches to the outside of your penis via suction and friction using a silicone sleeve to the outside of the penis then pulls from the tip. While a compression hanger clamps down and grips your inner wee wee.

Personally Ive only used compression hangers. The DYI Bib hanger, Snake Hanger and the Length Master Attachment (wish I had now but I lost it was my favorite) and made 90% of my gains from it so I am biased and am repeating what I read from those that came before me though not as eloquently so take it with a grain of salt. But for me, compression hangers are my shit.
