That is incredible. I do pe for maintaining my size and hopefully add another inch. I would not include your wife unless she is very accepting and cool.74 year old here, doing PE for six years. Prostate cancer led me to pe and this site. A couple of questions. Why are you doing pe? Will you include your spouse with pe? A general answer to your question is I wish I had started earlier but my age made no difference.
Started PE 9 or 10 years ago after turning 52 and my sex life, peformance, EQ have all improved...here's my journey:

TLDR, being able to transform this part of your body is nothing short of a miracle...actually realizing gains is intoxicating and the effect it has on your partner(s) is amazing.
So you are now 60?
A year and a half past, but feel as good as I've ever felt. I try to always have either a goal or something to look forward to (be it short or long term) and alway striving in PE as well as the rest of life-stuff. Try to not take things (even the most mundane/simple) for granted and realize how incredibly fortunate we are to be alive and living. I also stay away from most social media (the irony isn't lost that I'm posting this) knowing that its main objective is engagement at all costs...so whenever i read/see anything that causes a triggering reaction, I know I'm being 'played' (and I don't like being played).
Anyway...older and grayer, LOL
