Noticing a possible vein thrombosis after cold shower??

I haven't taken a cold shower in quite sometime. I felt like doing that today. Afterwards I noticed what appears to be a vein thrombosis that is about half a centimeter coming off another vein. It could be a new vein. I'm not sure, but it is similar to a guitar string with absolutely no pain, however it can also be manipulated. It is firm to the touch but is a very small/thin vein. I've done a heat wrap and leech oil and will most likely use some aspirin.

Has anyone else noticed something similar after a cold shower like this? Note: I didn't have it before the shower. I look at my dick often.
I did do a stretch during the hot part of my shower so I'm wondering if I caused this because I didn't do a proper warm up.

Originally it did. It appears to have subsided after two leech oil massages. I’m having trouble finding it now

increased vascularity and bulging veins are proof that your penis has expanded. You may also see pubic hair creeping up your shaft which is also a sign of growth. I am very pleased to hear that they are not hard and wired as this shows an absence of thrombosis.

I’m trying to think if I got it before PE or after. I cannot remember to tell the truth. My area is about the size of a penny.
