Normal for Dick To Ache After Training?

I’ve been training hard lately and noticed that the top area above the base of my dick and the shaft itself are always fairly sore to the touch from hanging and pumping. It’s normally 50-80% gone by the next day. But when my girl reaches into my pants to grab my cock while we’re watching TV or laying in bed, I always have to hold back a groan of pain and fight the urge to jerk my body away (cwl) it fucking hurts if she squeezes it too hard!

Is this just a sign of good Tunica fatigue from being stretched? Or am I training too hard?
 
This is completely normal and expected when doing any kind of ligament stretch especially within the first six months. This is nothing to worry on, you can work through it, but it is soreness.

thanks DLD. That’s a relief! I want to take your approach of training as much as possible, but I also want to be safe.

I think the biggest problem is the soreness around the base of my dick from squeezing so hard and long during SSJ’s. Does the base of your dick get conditioned for all that squeezing eventually and stop hurting?

Also, is getting fluid buildup after the 5x5x3 sometimes ok? I’ve heard to avoid fluid buildup but I don’t know why it’s such a “bad” thing. It feels like a sign that I had a good, intense training session.

Just don't over train or stretch otherwise it really hurts for few days...
Try some Arnica cream(A5 35 Arnica Cream from Walmart) it really reduces swelling and throbbing pain or Arnica gel, (Arnica capsule too) I use Arnica Oil and Tumeric before & after MityVac and also mostly use hair dryer to heat up the Cylinder and oil. Don't worry the Arnica A5 35 Cream smells more like daisies it doesn't smell like typical A5 35 ?

Fluid retention will happen with pumping and that’s why it’s very smart to use for 5×5×3 because this eliminates all water retention.

I actually got the fluid retention after my 5x5x3. Although I did a 4th round of BM because I wasn’t sure my SSJ’s were high quality. That’s the first time it’s happened from a 5x5x3 tho. Do you understand the mechanics behind why SSJ’s help to minimize fluid retention from pumping?

The SSJ minimalizes fluid retention because it’s unique ability to spot train anywhere along the shaft. With duel pressure coming from both hands it’s forces water retention to be at bay while enhances tissue expensive.
