Nodule on the penis

Is thrombosis the same as nodules on the penis?

A little painful area on the penis.

Let me see if I can explain... it seems theres a 'nerve' (?) that I can follow with fingers along the penis, and in a part of this 'nerve' there's a little nodule now. It's a little painful when I touch it (not much).

Is this a thrombosis vein? Could it be as a result of pumping? What is the cure for this?

I always thought of it as similar to how the low E string (thickest string) on a guitar felt, was tender to press on & I could feel & see it when I stretched out flaccid. Over doing girth work almost always the culprit, sounds like you have something similar going on.

Unless a newer method has been presented it was always a bit of ibuprofen (in almost all headache pills) to help with inflammation, rest from PE & any sort of vigorous sex/masturbation so as not to aggravate it further and the rest is up to time, I've had some that were gone the next day, another was there for a week, it will go away. If you have access to a red light device like MosRed it would significantly cut down recovery time, many other benefits to be had with those too, future Injury prevention being one of them.
