Hallo Leute, ich komme aus Deutschland und bin 23 Jahre alt. Ich habe im Januar 2018 mit dem Sport begonnen. Zu Beginn habe ich das Einstiegsprogramm 6 Monate lang durchlaufen, dh 5 Minuten Aufwärmen, 10-15 Minuten Dehnen, 10- 20 Minuten jelqing und 10 - 15 Minuten ballooing. Ich trage den PeniMaster auch seit einem Jahr 8-10 Stunden. Seit Juli dieses Jahres habe ich ein Fokusprogramm erstellt, in dem ich nur die BPFSL trainiere. Die ersten 3 Monate habe ich mit klassischen Strecken begonnen, 1 Minute pro Strecke in jede Richtung. nach den 3 monaten habe ich mich auf 36 minuten erhöht und die 2P-strechs mit eingesteckten klassischen strechs gestartet, nach 6 monaten hat sich mein penis optisch verändert, aber ich konnte auch keine wirklichen steigerungen erzielen. Ich möchte auch keinen Monsterschwanz durch PE haben, ich habe derzeit ein NBPEL von 13,5 cm und würde sehr gerne auf 17 cm kommen kommen, mein EG ist auch grade nicht so toll, mein EG ist 12cm und würde ganz gerne 14-15cm EG haben, ich bin ziemlich verzweifelt und habe das Gefühl das es alles um sonst war, kann mir da jemand bit te weiter helfen ich bin wirklich sehr verzweifelt

The head will always dark in and turn purple under compression whether gripping or strapping into a tool. This is fine for up to 20 minutes. Normal color will return within an hour. If you’re starting out with the newbie routine you can expect to make quick newbie gains, as most do. If you need more than that check out the SRT routine.

Hey guys, I really want to take PE seriously, I've been doing this for 2 years, I don't think I'm using enough energy for it, I train my penis every day but I'm rather listless and unmotivated, I mean I don't want to be huge Penis, 3 cm in length and 3cm in width would be enough for me and I would like to do it too, because I see PE as a challenge, but somehow I make almost no gains and that does not motivate me .. I got the SRT Looked at routine, I did not know how all the exercises work and how to use them at all .., I would do it manually first and gradually get the tools, so my question, how exactly does the SRT routine work? I thank you in advance for your help, I will also create a training log here so that I can see what progress I have made

thanks for your question is my brother. SRT starts out almost identical to the newbie routine. The newbie routine is a awesome way to build a good foundation and make quick newbie gains. Train with this routine until you’re able to get into SRT. You can certainly use healing methods in SRT mainly wearing a cockring after you’re girth work and a sleeve or an ADS to heal.
 
So should I start over? I've already gone through the newbie routine and after that I honestly trained very confused, sometimes I only jogged for 6 or 7 months, then just exclaimed, very confused, how about I should take a break with it first my penis calmed down a bit? I have a bruise under the glans, what does the newbie routine look like and for how long should I do it best?
 
What I suggest is to take a break allow the bruising to go away and the penis to reset itself. When you come back after about seven days I would start with a newbie routine with a few changes. I would like you to do length every other day and girth every other day. I think solely focusing on one thing at a time you’ll benefit and be more profitable in your gains. Since you’re doing this every other day you can put twice as much work in each workout. This is probably a good place to start and from there will progress into more advanced training.

To get to the newbie routine simply click on the word newbie. What I’m saying with timing is due length on Monday Wednesday and Friday and do girth on Tuesday Thursday and Saturday and take Sunday off. You should be wearing your ADS every moment of the day you can as this is healing you in a elongated state. You can learn all about these healing techniques in SRT. Again just click on the word SRT to get there.

Hey I haven't had a PE since February, I need a break but will probably start again this year. I need the time to look at myself more, I'm unfortunately too depressed and have to get out of this hole.

As I said I haven't started anything yet, I haven't painted anything through my routine and what DLD showed me I don't understand what it means.

Hey dude, I think your posts overlapped and there was no indication as to you not understanding the routine when getbig posted that you should just go for it. I think he was trying to suggest that despite depression, which might not allow you to fully commit, when you’re feeling less depressed at times just giving it a stretch might help you get into it a bit more. I’m sure DLD will give you a different explanation of the routine if you ask him, when you feel you have time and energy to concentrate on it more.

Depression sucks because no matter how good or bad your life or situation is it will quite often make it seem as bad is it can be. It’s very difficult to be objective with depression and other people without depression might not understand that, but there are a lot of people on these forums would will understand, one way or another. Try your best to see the good things you have though, I know it may not be easy and I understand it may be impossible (or at the very least feel like it is) depending on how the deep the depression is at the given time. Good luck in your exams. Try to get as much sleep as you can, at the appropriate times of the day, eat well and try to set up a daily routine (easier said than done, I know, but it will help) talk to the admin/student services team at uni if necessary/possible, if you have not already done so and talk to someone, even if it’s your doctor (family or friends would be better but it isn’t always easy.). Take care and hope to see you here at some point soon.

It's hard to let God help us Whit our lives,only needed when people is in real trouble they call his name

that’s such a sad thing that people only call on God when they need something or something bad is happening. If people would be in constant connection with God they’re always in a state of appreciation and when you’re in that state of appreciation you were blessed. I don’t know what the heck I would do if I couldn’t talk to God all day long. I ask God to help you and the brotherhood, I thank God for everything he does for me, I’m the one that benefits not God.?
