Hello guys,
I know that it's a pure newby question's,Hope You guy's can help me out with this.
A little backgound on myself,I am a mid 20's guy,Have a pretty dense schedule (Study and work) So time is very important,And If it's relevant I Have some knowledge in fitness and nutrition.
So first thing in the enlargement,
I Didnt measured my penis for year's,I have bought a long metal ruler and a taylor's meter.
Both of them are correct and identical (measured).
So according to the ruler the length was 17.2 cm,BUT,According to the taylor's meter (wich is EXACLLY like the length of the ruler) It's 19.8-19.9 cm.
More than an inch difference to the american's here (!).
Like I know that my "setup" bended towards down a little,
What measure should I take as my starting point?
Metal ruler or taylor meter?

Second question:

I am a "grower",I didnt measure my flaccidn length,But I think it goes around twice in length (!),
So there are a couple exercises that claim's that you MUST do them then you are flaccid,like overall stretches,the V-stretch etc.
It's hard to do some of those exercise while flaccid,Is there any tip's for a "grower"?
Maybe there is a more personal/recommended program's for "grower's"?
More suitable?

What about warming up?
Like i read that you should take a "warm" wet towel and wrap your penis in it to warm up/warm down.
Is there a diffrent method to warm up/warm down?

I noticed that as you get more advanced with the program's it's recommended to "train" 6-7 time's a week.
So,How often it's recommended to jerq/have sex during the week?Should you avoid sex/jerking after or before the routinue?
How you combine the two correctly?

What is your best tip/recommendation to avoid injury?
What is your No.1 program without any equipment that you would recommend?

A lot of questions brother, though what I think you should start with is the newbie routine and do flaccid stretches as your unit will get longer as you keep performing them. And as you get longer you can advance into doing hand-held bundled stretches as they will work even better on getting length. I used to be quite the grower myself but after starting PE I’m becoming both a grower and a shower.

Personally I would start up with doing 20-40 mins of stretches in every direction straight down, to the left, to the right, straight up and straight out. That’s 5 directions/angles in total. And if you want you can add in 10-20 mins of jelqing which requires you to have more of an erection going on, not fully erect though, more like 80-90% erect.

And always do length work/stretches first then girth work/jelqing which can give you both length and girth. And remember to up your minutes/reps every once in a while.

I’m sure others will chime in with tips and pointers here as well
