Can you rate my Beginner Length Manual Routine ? ( Current L = 5.7 , G = 4.5 & I reached inside and i measured about 7 inches on hand )
3min warmup cloth ( medium hot )
Behind the Cheeks - L = 60 seconds x 2 + 30 seconds ( Total 5mins with 60 second rest between each set )
R = 60 seconds x 2 + 30 seconds
Straight down - Centre - 60s x 5 ( Total 5mins with 60 second rest between each set )
Around the Leg - L = 60 seconds x 2 + 30 seconds ( Total 5mins with 60 second rest between each set )
R = 60 seconds x 2 + 30 seconds
Jai Stretch Pulses - For 60 seconds

Straight UP - L - 30 seconds ( 60 second rest between each set )
R - 30 seconds
Centre - 30 seconds

Have Done Total 16 sessions till now since discovering about this 4 weeks ago.
I wish to have Length = 8-9 inches & Girth = 6.5-7 inches

What's the total amount of time you are stretching each day?
The routine is good but I strongly advise you use devices like the length master for length and the mityvac for girth. You want to gain fast. You can be doing the above routine while saving to get yourself a length master and the mityvac penis pump.
You need more time doing stretching every day. I recommend 1 hour per day.Total time under tension ( stretching ) is about 20mins - 23mins each day.
The first session i did, i took a 2 day rest ( for my P to get used to the stress )
After 2nd session, i took a day off.
And since then it's been 6 days ON 1 day OFF if needed.
I've done about 12 sessions in Total since the begining of my PE journey.
I also have 2-2.5 inches of FAT PAD and Huge Thighs.
And I'm about 45 lbs overweight.
Current Bodyweight - 220lbs (at 173cm Height)
Goal Bodyweight - 176lbs
I guess after losing the excess fat and bodyweight - My P will look longer ?
Please let me know if should change/add anything.

You want to preferably split up your stretching sessions. If you are doing 1 hour of stretching. You can split it up to 20 min x 3 times, or: 30 minutes x 2 times. Or even more splits. It's important to keep the intensity. There is a video about this in the FAQ's.Can this routine be done more than once a day or is that pushing it

You need more time doing stretching every day. I recommend 1 hour per day.
You can split it up to like, 20 min x 3 times or, 30 minutes x 2 times. Increase the intensity as you progress. You need to stretch hard. When you get used to it you will be able to stretch harder and incorporate reverse Kegels. But don't injure yourself you need to increase the intensity exponentially and always go on how it feels in your shaft and inner penis. Use hydrocortisone 1% in order for the skin on your penis to heal faster. Apply after your length sessions. If you have the money you can get the MOS-RED | NIR INFRARED LIGHT this will shorten your healing time. There is lifetime warranty so there is no reason to get a similar light from somewhere else. MOS-RED is awesome, and I could not do the intensity I'm doing without it.
If you want to keep it simple and on the cheap you can do like I did it, and use an interior car heater to blow warm air into your tissue during your sessions (before/during/after). A heating pad can also be good and it's less expensive to run. The warm-up and warm-down method you are currently using should work, as long as you keep the tissue warm before/during and after your stretching sessions. Warm tissue will be easier to stretch, and when you incorporate bundled stretches (you need to progress to this) it will be easier to bundle more.
You can also jump on 20:4 diet. That will create you to a fat burring machine.

Manual stretches with "only" your hands works. You can at least get your newbie gains of ~1 inch in length and when you need more intensity you can incorporate, a Power Assist/Broomstick and/or LENGTHMASTER 3. But if you buy LENGHTMSATER 3 you can as well skip the step of getting the Power Assist, since the Power Assist is one part of the LENGTHMASTER 3, that is the handle part.
You can work on length first if you want to, or both at the same time. But you need a penis pump to get the expansion that you are looking for when working on girth. Others above have mentioned that as well. Important is to have a clear structure of your program and write a logbook with pen and paper. You have a great goal I think. I believe you can get there in time.
But as I said before you need more stretching time and more intensity in your sessions.

I will surely Increase my Training time to 60mins/day slowly progressing every week.
Will add the reverse Kegels.
I will get the hydrocortisone 1% & redlight soon.
I live in a South asia country so i will have to check the delivery times and order the devices accordingly.
I currently fast for 14hrs/day and building upto 20 hrs gradually.
1800-2000 cal/day
I Plan do the Manuals for 60 days and slowly increase the Intensity and time.
I understand that P.E requires time and Discipline.
Hope to make this a HABIT that comes Naturally to me, so it becomes easy and NO willpower is needed to train.
I will surely come to you for a Personal Program and your expertise in the Future.
