Newbie Confused

I been lurking in the Newbie Forum for awhile going over the available routines. My equipment arrived this week and I'm eager to start. In the Newbie Routine in the EXERCISES EXPLAINED section. It doesn't explain the Bundled exercise, just that it's vital to do from a Newbie to most advanced.

Can someone explain how the bundled exercise is done.
