Newb Routine question -- what do you think?

I did read the Beginner's Manual thread but have seen some conflicting opinions online, so I thought I'd ask here.

Would a decent routine be manual stretches, jelqing and using weights (on a Silistretcher) 5 days a week? Is there a danger in going past 5 days a week? Some people online seem to think it is more like strengthening your biceps where uoi actually need rest days to build muscle. I'm not sure that logic works with lengthening your penis, so I thought I'd ask.

After stretching, would keeping it elongated all day in a Silistretcher or different ADS system be smart?

And I am also reading that using an all-day stretcher while your sleeping might be a bad idea. Anyone use anything at night with success or should I not try?

You need to do that. That's one of the fundamentals in SRT and penis enlargement. You can also just keep it elongated with a penis elongation wrap. But you will probably gain slower.

You can also use the LENGTHMASTER 3, 40 minutes to 1 hour per day, and use the SiliStretcher for elongation healing.
I'm doing 3 days training and 1 day rest.

This is just me, but I would stick with two to three exercises at the most to make it easy to track your progress 6 months to a year from now. There’s no point of creating a routine with tons of different exercises.

Correction it should be every week.
I did 6-7 days of PE every week when I started with PE and manual stretches (hand stretches).

I did 20 min x 3 times per day, or: 30 min x 2 times of hand stretches. It's better if you split it all up this way.
 
You could start with DLD’s beginner routine and increase the intensity as you go before purchasing a device that way you can get familiar with the basics.

@ghosts77, Really dig deep in the fundamentals of PE. To read SRT and looking at the MOS DVD, is your way to gain knowledge super fast. Also ask questions, as many questions as you like. We are happy to help you/guide you through this.

Log in every day on MOS FORUM and be an active member, also create a personal progress thread here: Routines and Progress Forum. This will help you keep the discipline.

Take your starting messurments. Then create a big goal. Dependent on your goal, you can maybe work on length first and then girth. For myself, I have only time for 1 hour of PE each day. Be very structured in your approach to PE.

Last tip for the day: Always use a timer.

I'm no expert in hanging. If you want to optimize and make your routine faster to do, you could remove hanging and just do lengthmaster sessions 40 - 60 minutes per day (increase the intensity as you progress), and use the SiliStretcher as a way to heal elongated. If you are really consistent with it you can gain fast.

There is recommendation to do girthwork after lengthwork. The expansion ypu get from girthwork can interfer with clamping down in the lengthmaster. But It can also work.

My beliefs are that doing bundled stretches with the LENGTHMASTER 3 is superior to hanging. But I have never hanged berore. But I have got pretty amazing good results from this, that I feel confident to recommend this approach.

But if you bundled up your tunica and deform it and stretch, my belief is that this will promote more cell division and you will grow faster. I like bundled stretches due to the fact that I save so much time. Just 40 - 60 minutes of bundled stretches (I'm doing 3 days on and 1 day rest). Will promote so much growth if you increase the intensity as you progress.

Maybe you can bundle in hanging? This will promote faster growth I believe.

Hanging can be a good compliment to manual stretches, if you for example sit at a desk all day long, and you have no time for doing manual bundled stretches.

But keep in mind this is my personal belief.
There are brothers out there that have gaind good length by doing hanging as well. Be aware that my answer is not super objective. I prefer doing only bundle stretches with LENGTHMASTER 3 because that have worked for me.

I do LM stretches everyday and on days I work on the computer I flip one of the sessions to vacuum hanging. I try to keep my routine fluid at times to fit my life even though I always try to be strict. I only for fun once tried bundled hanging with the LM to see it it worked. Seems to work fine but I think you'll have to do them standing up (with LM handles behind legs to keep it bundled and stay that way)

Yeah! The trick is to do what works for oneself and what works in the structure of everyday life. I'm lucky now since I can be home alot. I would love to try hanging later on. But I'm afraid of losing my banana bend in my penis.

I don't think that's something to worry about then downward stretches would do the same to you

Maybe a difference between stretching bundled and not bundled? 🤔
Stretching bundled would only make it even more effective in straightening the shaft out the way I see it. I don't know anything about the topic though but I guess intense stretching must straighten out every shaft somewhat over time I guess

As I have gain length, the more curve (banana shape) I got.

It's not recommended to sleep with an ADS, sleeve or penis elongation wrap. When you are not conscious, and you can't monitor your penis. To much can go wrong. You have only one penis.

Everything you do when you are awake, should be enough to make big gains. Don't take the risk brother. Let the skin on your penis heal up during sleep.

I know two members on the forum who are sleeping with their Silistrecher. They seems to have mastered how to go about it. It is too risky for me.

Yes I know some brothers are doing that. I remember trying it with Phallosan forte. But it hit me then. What happens when I lay on my stomach, will I cut off blood flow? So I never did it. For me also to risky.
Looking back I didn't need it.
