Christmas is here and 2020 is coming and I wanted to ask what your New Year’s resolution might be. Maybe it’s something you want to add to your work or perhaps it’s something you want to stop doing but whatever it is let’s make a resolution.
My New Year’s resolution is to get back into creating exercises and tools. I will also be rewriting the SRT routine. And in writing the next version I am going to do a circuit of SRT and see if maybe I can gain a little bit.
I would also would like to get myself to a place where I don’t rely on adult entertainment for anything I do. I’m not saying I’m quitting nor am I putting a rule above my head, what I am saying is to continue to curb that appetite, capture those thoughts and replace them with something far more productive. I would like to get myself to 30 days without ejaculation.
I am also making a resolution to start a new video series based on various topics that come up in the brotherhood. I would like to see my channel do maybe one or two videos a week. And if it’s not videos it will be a podcast. But whatever method I use I want to connect with my brothers and with the general public to engage people in conversation in the sport we so love.

....I'm almost sure if I follow the routine you created for me I can gain again, going to use my BM again n add another exercise...My
