New to silistretcher

Hey guys,
I got my silistretcher this week and first time used it for an hour with the sili cap, when I took it off my glans was cold and also deformed, I tried it again with the clear glans shaped cap the next day and had the same issue,
The day after that I tried it with no cap and just the gel pad inside the vacuum bell
For vaccum I’m only twisting the knob half a rotation and have no problem with grip
I’m just wondering how guys wear the device for longer than an hour without the glans getting deformed and cold

also is it better to stretch then pump or pump them stretch?

Is this your first-time vacuum stretching? Are you conditioned for vacuum stretching?
Your glans is going to expand due to top the vacuum, and that is normal.

I like to stretch first and then pump after.

I wore one of the duro sleeves as an anti turtling sleeve while sleeping and it stretched out and wont grip me anymore for stretching
Going to order some more sleeves

I wouldnt reccomend sleeping in a DuroSleev, they are advanced sleeves for stretching. You would be better off with a SiliSleev5

Conditioning is covered in the manual that came with your SiliStretcher and is also on the product page in the shop.

“For the first three days, start with an hour or two of use at moderate tension and let your penis get accustomed to stretching. Then gradually work up to six hours or more per day as you slowly increase tension”

I’m guessing this is the conditioning part yes? Going to order more sleeves and keep going with this until I can wear it for longer,
How long do you or did you leave it on for per day?

Here’s a pic of my glans after 1 hour in the silistretcher, it goes away after about 30 mins, as long as I’m not doing any damage I’m ok with it if this is what it takes to condition but the fact it changes colour is what makes me wonder am I doing this properly

That is simply water retention and very mild so I would not worry too much especially since it goes away within a half hour

I used to have this issue and I would simply massage it out after I was done training.

You should get a length master and use it for 20mins right before wear the SiliStretcher. Ask me any question concerning the length master.

A great way to length gains
