hey guys

ive been edging at least once a day for the last couple of years and really noticing my cock is thicker and heavier than ever before....

i also tie my base of cock n balls and stretch my balls away from my cock with tying shoelace round them - this really helps me stay very very hard through out my sessions

thought i would post this to say hi

i really want a huge thick cock eventually.....

ive also been using a TENS machine.....with rubber loops...one around just under my glans and one loop around base of shaft......i can get extremely hard and pumped like this......would this be worth continuing?

Pumping and SSJ supersedes whatever you have been doing before. @TCDreamer is one of those that can tell you how powerful pumping and SSJ is. You will get permanent girth gains faster with the 5x5x3 pumping method.

What's your girth and length size?
 
yes, i have been edging a lot.......i also really think my TENS machine has help with my girth.......i can remain 110% pumped for upto 30 mins before fatigue kicks in or i shoot a huge hands free load.....i find it very difficult to have a session without cumming

I’m not the expert here, but man…I hope you aren’t pumping for 30 minutes straight! You need to possibly only do the @DLD 5x5x3 SSJ routine. I think that going that long in any pump, especially one that you can’t gauge the pressure, might have some negative and harming affects. Be careful brother. Low and slow. Methodical and consistent.

I certainly can! I’ll be posting a before and after pic of my SSJ routine. I really haven’t gotten a good before and after pic posted to truly show the @DLD SSJ, but will do so for todays am workout.

Ok. My bad. I read your post incorrectly when you said “pumped”. Whew. Close one. Because I know that 30 straight in a Bathmate or any other pump might have no so good outcome.

But a pump will bring you more expansion then what this TENS machine will give you. The pumping in combination with manual girthwork (Slow Squash Jelq), you will see more permanent girth expansion (in a shorter time period) that's succeeding what you can get from your program/routine.

Here is the program that is recommended:
Girth Program: 5x5x3

I don’t personally. I not sure if TENS actually helps growth, but everyone is different. I am thinking of incorporating a vibratory massager to my routine. Possibly to intensely vibrate the corpora cavernosa even more. If the TENS works for you, awesome!!!! Keep it up brother.

I totally agree with @squirt_inducer_man
The SSJ with either a hydro pump or air pump with a good gauge will skyrocket your sessions and aid in the acceleration. DO NOT get over zealous and try to “make” faster gains. Just use the @DLD SSJ, Newbie Stretches and keep it up daily.

I think this was a really good statement, and a good guideline to keep in mind. You want steady progression/growth with optimal no rest days. Then you can't do to much. You need to be able to do it the next day as well.
 
thats the thing....the TENS machine really really is 'keeping it up' with an extremely strong 'bursting erection'
You don't need to keep the tissue expanded for long. 5 minutes is recommended. You do this with a pump. Then what is given you permanent growth/expansion is the pumping in combination with, Slow Squash Jelq's. But without manual work, your growth will be slow.

@brightonfuntime It is imperative that you do. Warm up and Warm down session. Do not skip warming up nor down. Ever.
Edit: As you can see, the @DLD SSJ’s that I have been doing, has brought out the dorsal and side veins even more this last month of PE. Seeming to get and appear more “muscular” in appearance.

I'm using right now a heating fan (during my entire length session).

It would have been nice to find a good electric blanket/electric pad, to reduce my electric bill. The heating fan is at 1700W at 230V. 🤔

Hey, @squirt_inducer_man I meant to say Heating Pad. I corrected that. You can get one on Amazon. Not sure if you are in the EU, but they are readily available and so much more useful. Try Amazon or EBay. Heating pads have been around for decades and decades.

Have procrastinating to get a heating pad. But when you see your electric bill, you get a surprise. 😂

Thanks for the compliment, @squirt_inducer_man. I have a self conscious thing I’m working on as I think I just look average. Need to really work on the girth. I am, with the 1/8” gain that I earlier reported, at just over 4.79. Getting closer to 5” mark. Believe it or not. I want an inch which will get me close to that golden 6” EG goal and target.

It's good to support each other. This will keep the motivation for our goals going. It's no ordinary goals we are working with. Many are falling of when they see, what they need to do every day to get to their goals. That's to sad They would be so happy with a bigger penis.

You will as well, brother. I’ve seen small Newbie gains, but I am not stopping. Gotta keep going and smashing through the plateaus. Focus and daily PE will lend itself to results. When the plateaus come, I’ll change up routine to “shock” the penis into going “what now!!!?!??” Lol.

Yes! Indeed daily PE is one key to this.
That's exactly the attitude I have as well. This was the reson I got my broomstick for my manual length routines.
Just make the penis surprised... so it keeps growing. 😂
The penis have no choice...but to grow.
