hi guys I have recently started pe again after some time off and would just like some feedback. In the mornings I am doing 500-600 jelqs then using bath mate for 15 minutes. After work I will do the stretching routine dld has put up and will now be looking to start srt very soon. I also have a phallosan which I can use for a few hours at night but any more tips would be of much help. Thanks in advance ?
