hi guys I have recently started pe again after some time off and would just like some feedback. In the mornings I am doing 500-600 jelqs then using bath mate for 15 minutes. After work I will do the stretching routine dld has put up and will now be looking to start srt very soon. I also have a phallosan which I can use for a few hours at night but any more tips would be of much help. Thanks in advance ?

Sounds like a good start! I would like to make a few adjustments in your routine to help you grow faster. Looking at your BM routine I would switch over to the 5×5×3 is that you’ll see in SRT. I would also like you to add in the testicle health massage and stretch found in the newbie routine. These two changes or make a big difference in girth. I would wear your PF for all times you’re not training in a passive mode or at a moderate tension to help cement, heal and make permanent your length gains. Let’s start with this and see what happens. And when you’re ready to make the jump into SRT just let me know and I’ll walk you through that also.
 
That’s great DLD thanks for all your help. How long would you recommend staying on my current routine before changing to SRT?

If you’re growing and things are working don’t change anything. When you slow down or come to a plateau at that point we can up the ante. Most people stick with the newbie routine for about a month some people get right into SRT. So it’s pretty much up to you but as I said if things are working don’t fix it
