New routine

So I've been doing the same old, same old routine for about 3 months now adding a few new things here and there and I'm just so bored of it all now.
Ide really like to continue growing after all I've grown quite alot in length.
Can anybody help me with a new girth routine? The equipment I have is a bathmate hydroextreme9 and a male edge.
I also have unlimited time almost.
Don't worry 5x5x3 is going to be included already ??

i’m gonna be honest with you my brother you don’t need much more than the 5×5×3 it covers your girth training completely. If you want to add in more work we can do that but I don’t think it’s going to be necessary. The 5×5×3 is the best possible girth work out. If you have the time do it twice a day as long as you don’t run into issues.

The other tools you have are length tools that I can help you work that into your routine also if you desire. Let me know what you think
 
Sure some length work would be great. I've seen somewhere you aren't a fan of the male edge but it has been great for me so maybe I could us that while I sleep? And then wake up, do my girth gains and I have the rest of the day for myself?

I was a big fan of Male Extra until they changed to a plastic system. If you have the older system is just as good as the SG but the newer system I just did not like because the plastic simply broke when I tried to use it. But if it’s working for you that’s awesome and I’ll save you a lot of money. Wearing your ADS to sleep I really do not recommend with rod extenders. You’d be better off getting a sleeve from our store which will be used through the night to heal your length safely.

What are you doing right now for stretching? I would love to put a length routine together so let me know what you’re doing now let me know how much time you have and I’ll help you put a routine together
 
I've just ordered a sleeve so that will be helpful when it arrives in about a month ?? length wise I tend to just wear the male edge at my maximum for around 6 hours a day, about 2 hours a time before I need a short break. Dont really do much manual because I'm pretty lazy and have alot going on atm.

You never know today you might get it tomorrow but you might get it a year from now it depends on how The government feels about Covid LOL but eventually you’ll get it. In the meantime what you can use is ace bandage wrap and do the uncle Jim wrap. If I do give you manual exercises how much time can you dedicate to that? And I’m assuming you have no interest in girth at all?
 
Ide say about 30 mins to an hour for manual exercise?
I'm already doing the 5x5x3 everyday for girth and seeing some progress now I've stopped length workouts for the last couple of days

How much did you grow in length? And what did you do?

Once I start working on girth, I will see if I can back down from 8mins pumping session to 5mins 3 set. I have always suffered from sciatica nerve pains with the bathmate due to extreme pumping pressure.

The shorter sets will be much better for you
