Hey, Brothers.
Roughly 3 months into PE. My penis has now almost completely adjusted to my length only stretch routine and I can comfortably perform my exercises 6-7 days/week. Over the past week or so I have gradually begun to increase my time doing stretches, repeating the newbie routine about 2 times in one day (I can average about 7-9 all-direction 100% intensity newbie stretch sets on a good day) coupled with some light bundled stretching and about 10-12 minutes of expressive stretching throughout the day. My penis has adapted nicely to the increase in workload, but I need to make sure I take care of the skin near my glans, as it has become much thicker and darker in color over the past 2 weeks.
I wanted to know if anyone could comment on my current length routine (I am trying to get a SiliStretcher soon so I can follow SRT as closely as possible) and tell me if gains in the realm of 1"-2" are possible within a 12 month period if I keep my pace up daily to this intensity. I have some slight increase in FL, most noticeable at the base and vascularity. Still waiting for some of the EL length gains which take longest to appear, and hardest to gauge, since daily training has slightly reduced EQ except for my morning erections, which are both stronger and more frequent now. For now I am only doing manual stretches until I can afford a LM and I have some practice under my belt.
