Hello there brothers.

New to the forum and I have enjoyed all the reading so far. I recently started with the Bathmate Extreme and the Phallosan Forte.
I send the Bathmate Xtreme back for replacement, currently waiting on my new one. I am currently in my fifties and decided to add some length and girth since I am on the smaller size.
I feel I already gained some but never measured. I will do that soon!!
I think I might add manual stretches as well since I have ready it has fantastic benefits.
When my Bathmate xtreme comes back I will also add compression jelqs for girth.
I am already older but motivated!

Welcome to the forum my brother and I wish you the best on your journey. If you need any help in anything please just ask we’re here to help you. What size are you now and how big do you want to become?

Hello DLD,

First of all thank you for sharing all your knowledge throughout your journey. Your gains are crazy!!
BPEL about 6-1/8”
EG 4-7/8
I’m not sure if it is doable but I would like to go to a 8.5” BPEL and 5.5 EG.

If I am going to include manual stretch can I do with hand or maybe I can so it with Phallosan?

I have actually read the SRT and it looks very promising. It was very interesting that “squishing” was mentioned to get great girth gains. Also the reverse kegel was eye opening.
Would a lenghtmaster be a good 3rd tool to add?
I am wondering how many lbs of stretch you use to start, not really want to get injuries.

Hey Ron69, welcome & congrats on starting your journey.

The LengthMaster is a great tool to have in your kit but a general rule of thumb for most blokes starting out is to get a feel for stretching by hand, as with anything there is a learning curve & it will take time to get it down but you have the benefit of being able to let go & check if you feel anything off while stretching as opposed to being locked into a compression device under possible multiple layers of wrapping.

Take it slow & work up to it, get as much gain from as little exertion as it takes to cause adaptation. Take a look at DLD's newbie routine & give that a go for the 90 day/3 month block of time & if you wish to grab the LM you could incorporate the Power Assist portion of the device into the manual hand stretching routine to add some further intensity. Once you're through that block of training you will have a better feel for stretching in general & getting into the LM chamber at that point can ramp up the intensity to bring on further growth. Just one man's opinion, take it or leave it. I've used the Phallosan in the past, great device, if used as a tool to heal while elongated as in the SRT principles after manual length work, even better.

Hey Voorhees,

Thanks for the response. I will definitely take it slow and want to prevent injuries. I might pickup the Lengthmaster and slowt get used to it.
As far as the Phallosan, did you have gains with it or is it hard to tell since you probably used various routines in combination.
I feel like I have gained some since starting about a month ago, but as stated earlier, I did not measure before starting.
As far as goal is it doable to gain 21/4” in length? I would like to achieve in 2 years.
Thanks again for your response!

The Lengthmaster is the best tool for length...I highly recommend it. I am glad you took your time to learn what SRT teaches, there is no better workout. I also highly recommend the SiliStretcher over the Phallosan as it is a much higher quality at a fraction of the cost. If you need help putting your routine together let me know, I can coach you on what to do. I think it is smart to start off immediately with the Lengthmaster as you can slowly lean into all of the various stretching.

Thanks for the follow up DLD.
I will order the lengthmaster since you highly recommend it. I have already spend money on the fallosan so I will stick with it for the time being.
If you can help me a routine that would be an idea.
Once I get the pump back and the lengthmaster I’ll get with you.
In the meantime I want to try jelqs and manual stretching to practise. You recommend vaseline right?

Yes, practice the basic stretching and jelqs and when you receive your gear I will help you with a routine. Vaseline is best for basic jelqing

I practiced the jelqs earlier today. I apparently overdid it a bit since there are red dots under my foreskin that I noticed afterwards. I am not circumsised. I might have to take it easy. See picture.

I’m unsure if it was too aggressive or too long. I was just practicing and noted it later on when I went to the bathroom. It doesn’t seem too too bad. I guess all the blood was pushed into the end of foreskin since I’m not circumcised?

Take your time and ease into it slowly. The penis is very residual and can take much intensity but it is best to ease in with caution
