Current EL is 4.5".
Have been doing stretching and Using externder from last 6 month regularly. Still no signs of gain..
Please guide me best routine for next 6 months
 
I haven't ordered LM yet. If hanging is the "most" efficient method of gaining growth. Would it actually be most efficient to simulate the same with LM?
How much growth can be expected from using LM, and what has been the most efficient routine for you?

I'm on my way to validate this.
I'm told to do downward bundled stretches 20 min x 3 times per day. Rest day on Sundays.
I'm going to do this for 6 months...after 6 months I will know more.
