new guy journey

New to PE. but I decided I might as well document my progress.

I started PE mid February, 2024. Starting with jelks, warming up, figuring out how things work. Starting point was 5 1/2" bpel, by 5" eg. March first was when I discovered 5x5x3 and purchased mityvac. Doing 5x5x3 plus 30 mins manual stretching every day. So far, it has been roughly a month and a half since starting, minus 1 week (injured myself already hard lump in foreskin that was painful to the feel), took roughly 1 week off to heal. Continuing today, using mityvac whilst I type this out. Going to start even slower and, less intense to try and prevent injury.

I have already started to notice girth and length gains. Most of my length gains, I think can be attributed to weight loss 6" BPEL, currently at 293, lost 24 pounds since starting. however girth gains have went up by 1/4" leaving me at 5 1/4" in just 1 month which is surprising.

Not much here, just a start to routine progress, I will update occasionally to see how far I can take PE.
