Need Some Quick Advice

What would someone suggest to use for keeping water hot
for warm up/down? and are you using a sock or what i was having some problems keeping water hot and being desecrate at the same time

I just go to the sink and wear it for a minute then put hot water on it then rewrap for a minute. Hope this is what your looking for. Either that or get some hot water in a bowl and keep dipping your cloth in it.

An IR lamp seems to be the lesser of the warming up pains in the ass. A sock filled with rice keeps heat pretty good too.

dude go to walmart and pay 15 bucks for a heating pad

I agree with jkisineffect. A heating pad only takes about 5 minutes to warm up. I also use a sponge dampened with warm water in between my crotch and the pad so I get a humid, penetrating heat going on.

Thanks i was having some trouble there i kept on filling up a thermos and going back, but that is messy, i will try out a few of the ideas thanks for the advice, Mike really has some cool people here
