Need help with slow squash Jelq!

Hey guys, so I'm trying to figure out if I'm doing the slow squash jelq the correct way.

So I get myself fully erect. Once I have the right erection I kegel much blood into the penis as possible with my right hand I will grasp my penis at the base with a ok grip with the other hand I squeeze a small amount of blood out of my glans into the shaft. From here I will Jelq up from the base meeting the palm of my hand that's pressing against the glans. From here I move both hands around creating more expansion.


Is this right?

I think I have a general idea of the SSJ.

So I get myself fully erect. Once I'm fully erect I will kegel much blood as possible in the penis. From here I will grasp the penis at the extreme base and with the other hand I will squeeze all the blood out of the glans into the shaft.

The hand at the base of the penis will Jelq up a inch or so and with the other hand push into the glans and shaft of the penis using the heel of the palm. Then I move both hands around creating expansion in the penis at the same time I'm applying upward pressure with the lower hand as the heel of the upper hand continues to push the blood around.

So your jelqing up and pushing down with the heel of the palm at same time ➡⬅️
does this sound right?

Do not get fully erect.....
Keep your erection at 90-95% but never 100%.......

Make sure that you apply pressure from your palm straight towards the base of your penis......
Any miscalculation, and you might scar your tissue

Did you make changes to SSJ?

No it’s just people doing the exercise wrong. Many people don’t know that the SSJ used to be called the isolated compression squeeze. So a lot of people don’t really know what they’re doing and less they look at the actual exercise. Or if you go to the SSJ thread it describes it perfectly.

A lot of people are doing it wrongly. I was also doing it wrongly before I saw the video of the Isolated Compression Squeezes
