Need help with creating a routine Manual Method only

Hello I am a new member on the size of matters forum. I found out about PE about six years ago and never took the chance to actually take it seriously. Up until about six months ago is when I started to do the exercises such as stretching and jelqing with Kegels.

Stretches consisted of (Simple outward stretch away from body, A-frame stretch, Two-handed stretch, and start 180 stretch (pulling left, right, downwards, and upwards) and for girth was just basic jelqing.
Warm downs included before and after workouts

I see there is plenty of information on the site but would really like some help in creating a routine that would help if I’m just doing manual methods only.
I am about 6” NBPEL and 4.25 EG.. Would like to reach my goal of about 7” NBPEL and about 4.75-5” EG before I start incorporating devices into my routines. Any help would be much appreciated

Welcome to the brotherhood my friend! You’re starting out at almost same size I started. I love when I see that it lets me appreciate the growth of me and the assistance I can give you to make the same. If you want to do a routine that incorporates no tools or equipment the best routine to go with is the Newbie Routine. This covers every angle of growth so you will not miss a possible gains. Have a read through the routine and come back with any questions you have I can help you modify the routine just for you.

Thank you DLD glad to be apart of the community! I just replied to you on the other post haha
Seen the newbie routines and would love some advice if any to help modify the routine to help maximize and speed up my gains to reach my short term goal
