I'm looking for some guidance. I used the Phalosan product 10 years ago. I got frustrated with struggling with the product not holding vacuum and tossed it out eventually. It seemed like the sleeves would not work well for very long.

I'm 60 years old now and want to get back into trying to see if I can gain an inch. I have no idea what the best equipment is to use that safe and reliable and actually works without a bunch of problems and frustration.

I am considering the PeniMaster Pro and have been offered 40% off on their Complete set for 228.00.

I'm also considering getting Baseen’s Best Extender or going back and trying the Phalosan Plus.

I'm really need some solid advice and help here.

I don't want to waste a bunch of money and be disappointed like I was 10 years ago with the Phalosan.

I am also considering a pump and I used the bathmate before.

I see things have changed a lot since I tried extending 10 years ago and there's got to be some solid insights which extender system works the best.

The Penimaster Complete set for 228.00 seems like a good deal, but I have no clue if that is or isn't a good deal and if that unit even would work well for me.

As I shared, I used the Phalosan product (400.00 wasted) 10 years ago, and I got tired of it not holding vacuum well enough to get a stretch after using it awhile. I don't understand why I see so many good reviews on that product.

I used to pump a little with a bathmate that I no longer had.

I gave up after having so many problems with the Phalosan product.

Welcome brother. Don't waste money buying any extender. Buy the length master instead from the MOS shop. With just 40 minutes daily, you can have a successful length master session and you will also gain quicker too.

Focus on length gains for now. The length master comes with lifetime warranty.

Welcome to the brotherhood brother. Age is indeed just a number on the road of PE.

Since 10 years ago, products have made leaps forward with their designs and functionalities after many failures. PhalloSan is one. Many complained about the failure and faulty designs to hold onto the pressure for too long, but part of that is also used selection errors as well.

Every system has its frustrations and we'll assist in ironing out all the bugs you may encounter along the way. That's why the brotherhood is here for.

That's a good select to start out with. A few first time PE-ers are currently using them now and I'm giving them advices along the way. As brother huge-girth indicated, just wearing it alone will yield slow results. As we aged, more things add up that we don't want. Biological regeneration is not in our favor, but we can boost it along with PE routines. If you like, we can use this post as a pretext to your Routine and Progress log page. Just give us more about your current health, any issues, meds taken, erectile quality concerns, objectives of gains to aim for, and what you are looking for going forward.

I'm also considering getting Baseen’s Best Extender or going back and trying the Phalosan Plus.
One of the brothers I'm assisting actually upgrade from his PeniMaster to the Baseem not too long ago because his penis went from a wild buck into a full pledge stallion. It's a nice crazy upgrade if your penis is 9in+.

I'm really need some solid advice and help here.

Stop right there before you select BathMate. Most used BathMate models went a full circle back to bi-system like the MityVac. Don't waste your money with BathMate with various BathMate models and go straight to a system like MityVac with upgradable cylinders like the MityVac. At the older age, it's more crucial to have a gauge to monitor pressures for extra safety.

As brother huge-girth indicated, an extender will work and take longer by itself. Using a mechanical assist to induce systemic tissue breakage without the excessive work is the key for an effective growth. The Length Master is a key device. However, you can go a long and steady route with just an extender and manual stretches if you have a massive abundant amount of time on your hands.

Let's stop here. Mull over a bit, and think about your budget, time, and willingness to dedicate the time to the routine and be consistent with the routine base on your needs.

PeniMaster Pro is a great choice, but are you focusing everything on the slow and steady route?

Pump for girth gains or erection quality improvement? Safety will be the greatest deciding factor. Forget the easy to work with at the moment. All new systems now will take a bit of learning curve.

I wish I had a monster penis 😆. I was wrapping in a really messy way. The chamber was uneven, unbalanced or something that weakened the clamp and I ended splitting in half. Now I have to be more cautious while wrapping, although the new hanger seems to be more solid..
My suggestion is to place a metal flange across the upper plate, and you won't have that issue.
