Need advice. Red/pink areas on skin

Hi
Not sure its the right forum.
I have red/pink on different areas on my skin. It also sensitive (like an half open cut, kind of). For a while now.
I stopped my SRT routine and my extender device in the last week. But i keep doing bundeled streches with mild intensity.
I tried to put moisteres, apple cider vingear (saw recommendation on this forum). And also antibiotic cream with hydrocortisone 2.5% couple of times, but so far i don't see major improvement. I also started having pilling skin.
Do you have any suggestions? Do you think i should stop all PE include bundeled strech activity (every day without PE is wasted day for me :) ) should i see doctor?

Another unrelated question. I just order silirings along with other stuff. After srt 553 session do you recommend putting one ring at the base or also another one behind the glands?

Stop the apple cider vinegar it’s very acidic and most likely burn the skin. Especially if you are using on the penis a sensitive area.

Use hydrocortisone you could also use Vaseline as well to hydrate the skin. MOS-RED provides faster results check out red-light therapy devices.

To be honest i have another infra red device i ordered a while ago from another website that is as a ped that wrapped directly on the penis. I don't know if its any different than mos red on results, except it got broken and im waiting for the replacement to arrive

The only hydrocortizone that is safe is the 1%. Anything stronger can do damage to your skin. And that is why it is available by doctors orders only.

The device you have are inferior to MOS RED.
There are 2 different wavelength you need with high enough intensity in order to get the benefits I'm talking about.
A pad can not have the same penetration power as MOS RED.

The light is not dangerous, you are concerned for no reason at all.
There are only positive benefits with it.

For example when I was stretching with LengthMaster 3 I got bad discoloration in my glans, 15 minutes after a session cleared everything up really good, or at least kept it on a minimal level. If not having MOS RED I would not have gained as fast as I gained. That would not have been possible, because the recovery time/healing time between each sessions would be to long.

Also regarding LM do you think there is a reason to buy it if i still don't fully utilize my hands power and im far from it?

A 40$ is garbage. I know because I got one. I can not get enough vacuum/pressure with it to get the preferred temporary expansion of 0.5 Inch Erected Girth after a girth session.

I would recommend the MityVac becouse the comfort is much higher, and the longevity of it is better. When you outgrow a cylinder you can just get a bigger one. You can not do that with Bathmate. With Bathmate you need to buy a completely new pump (the entire system). I got 3 pumps from Bathmate to maximize my gains, but if you buy retail price on them you will go broke. I was just lucky they where not at retail price when I got them (on sale).

I didn't know about MOS when I got my Bathmate pumps, If I did I would have bought MityVac instead. It would have been less expensive for me in the end.
Also with Bathmate you do not have a gauge to be able to monitor the vacuum/pressure inside the cylinder, some men can not feel when the pressure are enough with Bathmate pumps, so they have then over pressured their penis (injured themselves) and then have written about that on the forums. So in a way Bathmate are more unsafe because of the lack of gauge.

Also, using a more narrow pump and a wider pump in the same session can be beneficial as well.

I just are laying out all the information I got about pumping, and these 3 different pumping systems.
If I would redo my length gains I would have gotten LengthMaster 3 much much sooner, I believe I would have gained even faster.

This was the reason I used a broomstick before I got my LengthMaster 3. For me I got to a point pretty soon where I could not stretch hard enough. Also bundled stretches are most powerful if you have a fulcrum device.

Just look at these 2 stretches I did. These could never have been done with my hands.

For the mityvac sizing, im confused. Is it about the hole size? It says to choose 0.25" bigger than the erect width. So if my erect girth is 10.5cm "4-4.75inch" it says to choose 1.75"
How 4.2" will go inside 1.75" ? Im confused

Look in this thread.

The size of the cylinder is the diameter of the cylinder.
For example: 2.5" size, is 2.5" in diameter.
 
You can get a Monster penis with those devices if you want to.

Yes! See the video instructions in my video instruction thread, and replicate that and you will grow really big.

You do one exercise at a time, and then transition into the next one as soon you have exhausted the exercise you are currently doing. You will feel this in your inner penis and ligaments. You feel this by the stretches not being intense enough, even when you maximize the bundles, stretching force and depth. In Downward Bundled Stretches with the LENGTHMASTER 3 you will feel that you need to go more and more backwards under yourself (sitting on a chair) to feel an intense stretch in your inner penis and ligaments. These are the signs, that you need to progress into Behind The Cheeks-Bundled Stretches. Always engage full relaxation when stretching == Reverse Kegel. Relax into the stretch.

I only use MOS RED 15 minutes after my sessions (the bad discoloration in the glans, will be kept at bay), and I am using heating fans before and during my sessions in order to keep my tissue warm.
Ball & Lig stretches are so important for gaining length. These are good to do before a session in front of a heating source, I use a car interior heater like this one:

What would be best practices?

Is it optimal to do evening length work with LM and then jump to srt 5x5x3? Should i apply MOS RED after the girth work for both? Or should i do MOS RED after LM and then again maybe after 5x5x3?

These questions are hard to answer, almost impossible.
Here is a list that brothers are saying are common gains.

3 months length 0.25"-0.5 "
6 months length 0.75"-1"
1 year length 1"-2"
3 months girth 0.25"
6 months girth 0.5"
1 year girth 0.75"-1"

Note this is incremental and the measurements for each month or year.

But don't limit yourself. Faster gains are possible.
 
MOS RED after every session for 15 minutes.

Length work before girthwork, all good.
Length work can be good to spread out during the day if you can to take advantage of like 2 x temporary elongation with healing elongation.

It's the best. But do not use high force just keep it at enough tension so you get more elongation then a sleeve or a penis elongation wrap.
 
Red light therapy is a great external healing stimulation. If you haven't done so, amino acids and protein peptides bundles for internal healing assist with red light therapy. I'm tracking one vs the other, and both at the same time in the near future. Red light therapy is taking the lead by a small percentile so far. Need more tests for confirmation.
Nothing to be confirmed. Try stretching hard with LengthMaster 3 and then look at the discoloration in your glans. Do this without MOS RED for some time, and see how much rest you need in order for it to clear away.

Then you add MOS RED and see how fast the discoloration disappears and keep itself at bay.
 
Actually, the test is for the internal vs external healing support: external red light therapy vs internal amino acids and protein peptides. Later will be a combo.

Standard healing is definitely not encouraged since it will take a lot longer. I had so much downtime when I started ages ago from irritation. Now, 24/7 hang, pump, stretches for 3 days on, and 1 day off without any issues after a week for readjustment. Wish I had all this when I started my journey back then to make things easier. We were pioneers, and some became dominineers.
 
Yep. Been there, suffered that, and tiny red bumps to boost. Those were the fun days. I'm smarter now, and experience is the key to prevent this kind of things from lingering too long or none at all. Glad to have a dedicated forum like this to guide the inexperienced through the processes.

When I got my MOS RED, the healing process and the clearing of the discoloration in the glans, felt all like some kind of magic.

Most of the general populus don't understand that our bodies are not receiving and extracting the essential amino acids, proteins, vitamins, and the proper carbs daily. Why? Our diets due to the widely available foods in processed forms. You can eat and eat and eat, but if you don't eat the right things for specific purposes, you're not benefiting anything. My kids (college and high school) are working out to pack on muscles. I used to have lean sculpted muscles as well, benching 350lbs with ease. I use clean methods without the excessive protein supplements like most builders used in the past and now. It took me nearly twice the time to reach their levels, but my muscles were dense and long lasting without the fear of suddenly deflated like most who don't upkeep the body building regiment. Faster absorption and conversion to nitric oxide than L-arginine. I still have a few bottles of L-arginine so I'm finishing them up before using the L-critrulline maltase as my primarly when I'm not cycling.
  • Lecithin: 1200 mg
  • L-Lysine: 500 mg
  • L-Glutamine: 500 mg
  • Magnesium (500 mg) and Potassium (1000 mg) in the form of hydration and muscle relaxant from intense uphill rides
  • B-Complex (not the daily supplement loads but twice as much)
  • External Vit E (liquid) rubbing during rest phases without stretcher to alleviate glans irritation since I'm uncircumcised. Lots of stresses on the glans and the 1-inch length of skin along the frenulum for uncircumcised folks.
  • Add suggested daily dose of Zinc, Iron, Iodine (from kelp) to keep your semen load/stack loaded and strong for making a family or just spamming your lady. You can simply select high-absorption daily mega vitamins to assist.
  • If you're 40 and older, my suggestion is to also use HMB. Trust me. It's something to keep your health in check even if you're not as active as the younger generations.
  • Water! Lots of water! Keep hydration up to the 1 gal per day. No water and too much of the prior mentions can do a number on your internals.
  • When you can, invest in a good red light therapy unit. Don't buy untrusty knockoffs with too many empty promises.
Like I said in the other post, I'm using up my wife's collagen peptides as she tries to formulate her own youth regeneration regimens. Since she has so much unused supply of the chocolate flavor Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides, I'm using it up. It contains practically the ingredients I'm using already. However, the key is the unseen interaction at the biochemical and molecular levels with the introduction of glycine, glutamic acid, nitric oxide, proline, alanine, and hydroxyproline, while the rest of the other resources are abundant.
