Need a New Routine

I have been a member for around 15 years, but I don't believe I have ever posted. About 12 years ago I took it serious and finally seen some gains. At the time I was pretty lean, so everything I gained was visible and very motivating. I have always had a good size girth, so length has always been the priority. I was happy with my size back in 2010 but my goal was always at least 7 1/2 BPEL.

I started back up about 6 months ago when the pandemic hit and figured I'd easily recover the length I lost from my long break. That has unfortunately not been the case. I tried hanging early on for about 3 months because I had never tried it and had the privacy, but I gained nothing. I have been varying different manual stretches and using the Lengthmaster as often as I can 3-4 times a week. I have lost the majority of my privacy now that my wife is working from home and my son is doing school from home. I need something that lets me put in work in a few 15 minutes sessions. Confidence is nowhere near where it used to be when I was in shape and could look down and see it all. I know I need to lose a little weight and I would show a little more and at least help me mentally. Please help me get back to at least where I once was. Length is the main concern.

So getting longer is your biggest priority? Seeing that you have the LM you can make some incredible growth with the right program. And if you’re only going for length there are many things you can do to increase the speed of this. Using your LM to do all of the newbie stretches would be the first thing I suggest for one of your 15 minute sessions. Then maybe the next 15 minutes session he could get into doing some fulcrum stretching using your LM. You can spend another 15 minutes during the test to go Health massage and stretch. And then I would recommend for all of the time you wear your extender at a medium tension to cement all of this work. Have a look through some of these suggestions that you will find an SRT and the newbie routine and come back with any questions you may have. From there we can create a solid routine for you
 
Correct. Length is my main concern at this time. I have recently started using the Lenthmaster and doing the newbie routine using it. I have also just started doing erect stretches and expressive stretching in the last week. Hopefully those will aid in my growth. I will definitely begin doing some fulcrum work, as well as the health massage and stretch.

I do have a Jes Extender that I purchased a few years back, but being in that for too long has never been a pleasant experience for me. My glans go cold after maybe 45 minutes or so and I haven't figured out a better way to wrap to prevent that. I have been wearing a silicone sleeve to keep me around 3/4 my erect length, but I feel like it isn't nearly enough.

I also have a Bathmate xtreme that I can incorporate a few times a week when my privacy situation allows.

that sounds exactly like what I wanted you to do so I’m very pleased. This will be a very good routine to deliver that link you desire. Your JES can be used as a healing device. After you have trained for the day you would wear your HES at a moderate tension to help cement length gains. The Bathmate is best used within the SRT methodology using the 5×5×3.
