I want to give the members here at [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] a brief rundown of my experience ordering the MAX VAC II from mynewsize.
June 9th : Almost $200 placed via paypal
*over the next few days i sent emails and pm's trying to confirm
1) the sizing was placed correctly
2) my order was received (after no response for several days)
June 20th : I recieved a pm :

could you please pm me your name and address, and the size you wanted?
I asked afterwards for a reply my pm was received and when shipping may be processed.
today is June 24th and I still have no idea what the status of my order is, if they have matched my order with the pm I sent, or any other information.
I am saying this as a fair customer who expects better service. If this is acceptable to most people maybe I am off base, but when I order products through other companies online I do not experience basically zero response to my requests just for a simple confirmation. I am not trying to be an ass but feel I, and other customers who order through your company, deserve better communication.
