Hey guys, I would like to share my recent experience with increasing testicular size through exercise. Over the past four weeks, I've been consistently doing the manual PE exercises and focusing on "PHASE ONE" from the MoS (DVD) videos. To my surprise, I've noticed that my testicles have grown noticeably larger and are now hanging much lower. I'm not sure if it's due to increased stimulation from the Healthy Testicle Massage or holding right at the base for support when I'm performing all the other various exercises, but I thought this might be an interesting topic for discussion.
Has anyone else experienced similar changes after starting this particular routine? Are there any specific recommendations or tips you'd suggest for me? Should I always be performing the balls stretches after the massage and rub exercises or should I discontinue with lengthening my testicles because now they're almost like horse balls...lol
