My Testicles Have Been Growing with Exercise!

Hey guys, I would like to share my recent experience with increasing testicular size through exercise. Over the past four weeks, I've been consistently doing the manual PE exercises and focusing on "PHASE ONE" from the MoS (DVD) videos. To my surprise, I've noticed that my testicles have grown noticeably larger and are now hanging much lower. I'm not sure if it's due to increased stimulation from the Healthy Testicle Massage or holding right at the base for support when I'm performing all the other various exercises, but I thought this might be an interesting topic for discussion.

Has anyone else experienced similar changes after starting this particular routine? Are there any specific recommendations or tips you'd suggest for me? Should I always be performing the balls stretches after the massage and rub exercises or should I discontinue with lengthening my testicles because now they're almost like horse balls...lol 😉

I always wished I kept track of testicle size. I think mine are bigger and I probably accomplished this through the testicle Health Massage and stretch and the ball and lig stretch

We all experienced similar changes doing testicle massages. It's to stimulate the stored free testosterone to be released with increase of blood flow due to stimulation, relaxing the scrotum sack and skin to allow efficient delivery of semen to prevent sperm deaths. It's similar to prostate massages in releasing semenic fluid and causing harder erections and larger volume of semen during sex.

As long as you think the scrotum sack is the right length and size to smack that butt and clit of her, it's an ever evolving needs to revisit scrotum massages later as the skin being pulled with penile growth.

By the way, try to do scrotum massages with warm hands using warm oils, or warm wraps. Something to think and experience.

I've noticed significant improvements in my erections – they're much harder and more girthy – particularly over the last month. Your fantastic exercises have given me a more prominent pair of testicles.

Regarding your routines, I'm curious if the initial phase is primarily focused on enhancing erections and girth? From my personal experience, my penis feels heavier now, and the glans has enlarged considerably, a bigger mushroom tip!

I've been exploring older posts in the discussion forums, and I appreciate your advice to avoid fixating on measuring myself too much, like an obsessive-compulsive behavior. Instead, you recommend focusing on long-term progress by checking updates every six months or so. While I'm excited to see my penis grow massive like yours someday, I'll follow this approach to maintain a healthy perspective.

It's fascinating to think about how releasing testosterone and improving blood flow down there can make a difference.

Testicle massages = more testosterone + better blood flow. Prostate massages = harder erections + more semen. Smack that butt and clit? Yeah, I can't argue with that!

Warm hands and oils for scrotum massages? Genious! It's like giving our boys a spa day! And if warm wraps and massages are the secret ingredient, then sign me up!

And as the penis grows, one would be required to revisit the scrotum massage techniques accordingly. It's essential to maintain proper scrotal care, ensuring our sacs are in tip-top shape.

Regarding penile growth, I see your point about being mindful of the skin and sack length. Keeping everything healthy and happy is key.

Phase 1 focuses mainly on prepares you for more intense work. It also brings the fastest gains in the beginning. eventually you should move into SRT as this is where growth continues. God bless you too!
 
on the topic of bigger balls, I take a supplement called Fadogia Agrestis as an herbal supplement support meant to increase testosterone, it does this not only through preventing aromatization of your testosterone, but increasing the size and function of your testicles. I personally think this approach is healthier and more aesthetic in the long term than something like TRT.

How long have you taken it?
The dosage levels?
When did you see the changes?
Any additional combo supplements while taking fadogia ageestis is?
Any PE routines while using the supplement?
Have you have any break greater than a month and still retain the size?

We have lots of questions but this will clear some of the air.

I dont have much info on this, i take fadogia agrestis with tongkat ali, just started recently, with the schedule of 1 month on and 1 month off, just entered the second cycle. I have not been measuring, or had the direct intent of increasing ball size, thats just what ive heard of it before taking it. I first heard of it from Andrew Huberman, and some studies were mentioned but not named directly in the clip, at a dosage of 400mg tongkat ali, 600mg fadogia agrestis. (be aware it is quite difficult to get this exact dose from amazon, you may have to do some math, as the products are all extracted to different potencies, for example, my tongkat ali is only 48mg in 2 pills at a 25:1 extract, so taking just one pill already puts me at 600mg tongkat ali.

as for my ball size theyre looking pretty big I guess, a quick measure shows them to be around 2" each, less than a week into my second cycle

as a side note, i eat a variety of sprouts daily, in particular fenugreek for its usefulness as an aromatase inhibitor.
 
Interesting. You eat a catalyst herb that synergizes the blood to act as a delivery pathway. What other dietary intakes are you ingesting, the caloric loads and the hydration level? You should suspect what I'm asking when I mention water.

Can you give us more data on your diet and any other supplements you may be taking. This will help us see exactly how you accomplished larger balls
 
well the supplement ive been taking the longest is a strong ginseng extract, ive always cycled that when taking it, at least a month off between every month taking it. so approximately 16-18 years,

im 34 in the last 4 years ive naturally put on ~40 lbs of muscle, mostly from better nutrition and quite a bit of heavy lifting. Some things i like to do: morning protein shake, 8 eggs, protein powder, tbsp of beef liver powder. 3/4 pound of sprouts following the shake along with some protein and carbs, the tongkat ali, fadogia agrestis and ginseng.


I wasnt drinking enough water or i think id have made better progress, but im aiming for a gallon a day right now.

I dont use any preworkout, but recently ive been experimenting with a combination of pink salt, yohimbe, niacin, and beetroot powder, an hour or two before working out with the preworkout meal. I gotta say im still adjusting to it because its so strong, but i think its giving me better pumps. and as for pumps i gotta say EQ is fuckin jacked while on those, it was too hard to close the clamp that i usually use

I dont really use many supplements per se, i supplement using food sources when at all possible
calorie requirements are probably around 3k per day at 200 lbs bodyweight, and idk maybe 15-20% BF
