Putting this thread together to track progress and to see if there are any suggestions changes I should make:
Date 15/02/20
Current erect size 6.5”
Current erect girth 5.25”
Current curve to my left I want to correct
I have edited this as of 5th April due to some trial and error and what I feel will fit in better with my morning routine and day to day life:
Morning wake up
Kegal and reverse Kegal routine 6.30am while having coffee
Shower/Warm up
2 x 25 Seconds bundle stretches twist both directions
2 x 25 Seconds Straight Stretches
Use Penimaster Pro Stretcher for 3 hours during the day then rest wearing SiliRing.
Lunch
Then Penimaster Pro Band stretcher strapped around waste against the curve for recovery 2 hours or more or use stretcher if my penis can handle it. rest wearing SiliRing
Kegal and reverse Kegal routine again at 4/5pm and towel warm up
6 min Pump using MittVac Dry Pump Pressure 5
100 x Right hand Jelq (2 sets x 50)
8 min Pump using MittVac Dry Pump Pressure 7
Slow Squash Jelqs (3 x 25 Seconds) & 100
10 min Pump using MittVac Dry Pump Pressure 5 1 min then up to 10 for 30 second hardcore stretch and repeat.
Slow Squash Jelqs (3 x 25 Seconds) & 100 x Right hand Jelqs (2 sets x 50)
Apply Hydrocortisone cream and SiliRing for recovery
At the moment Routine will be done daily with rest days as and when required as unable to see my Girlfriend currently due to Covid.
Aim is to straighten my penis and get some length/Girth while doing it this routine.
