My Newbie routine to track progress!

Putting this thread together to track progress and to see if there are any suggestions changes I should make:

Date 15/02/20
Current erect size 6.5”
Current erect girth 5.25”
Current curve to my left I want to correct

I have edited this as of 5th April due to some trial and error and what I feel will fit in better with my morning routine and day to day life:

Morning wake up

Kegal and reverse Kegal routine 6.30am while having coffee

Shower/Warm up

2 x 25 Seconds bundle stretches twist both directions
2 x 25 Seconds Straight Stretches

Use Penimaster Pro Stretcher for 3 hours during the day then rest wearing SiliRing.

Lunch

Then Penimaster Pro Band stretcher strapped around waste against the curve for recovery 2 hours or more or use stretcher if my penis can handle it. rest wearing SiliRing

Kegal and reverse Kegal routine again at 4/5pm and towel warm up

6 min Pump using MittVac Dry Pump Pressure 5
100 x Right hand Jelq (2 sets x 50)

8 min Pump using MittVac Dry Pump Pressure 7
Slow Squash Jelqs (3 x 25 Seconds) & 100

10 min Pump using MittVac Dry Pump Pressure 5 1 min then up to 10 for 30 second hardcore stretch and repeat.
Slow Squash Jelqs (3 x 25 Seconds) & 100 x Right hand Jelqs (2 sets x 50)

Apply Hydrocortisone cream and SiliRing for recovery


At the moment Routine will be done daily with rest days as and when required as unable to see my Girlfriend currently due to Covid.

Aim is to straighten my penis and get some length/Girth while doing it this routine.

I love your routine and I love the work you put into it, this makes my job so much easier. Looking at what you’ve written up I have three things you should include bundled stretching, expressive stretching and erect stretching.

Do you want to do bundle stretching before you start to train any session be at length or girth. What bundled stretching does is expand and pre-stretch your Tunica. The Tunica is extremely dense with only 5% elasticity so bundles are essential to gaining.

Expressive stretching is when you stretch internal structures outward. This can be done in many ways. It can be done manually by gripping very low on your shaft and stretch from there. They can also be done by using the Lengthmaster and attaching that at a very low point and stretching from there. You could also look into hard-core stretching which is the original way and Hole stretching using the LM. If you trace your internal penis you will see that you have inches waiting to be pulled out from within. I would include three sets of 60 seconds each.

Lastly erect stretching is important to closing the gap between your BPFL and your BPEL. Getting in 10 minutes three times a week is plenty.

Other than that things look good and I look forward to following your progress.

Thanks for the tips! I ordered my Pump yesterday so waiting for it to arrive!!

I will add these to my routine and update the thread so it has them in. As far as the bundle and expressive stretches if I hold them each stretch for 30 seconds how many reps should I do? I’m thinking 3 is enough?

And the erect stretches? I couldn’t really find much on them, do you have a guide or thread on them?

Erect stretches are very simple, get an erection and gripping below the head and stretching right out in front of you. It doesn’t matter how long you hold the stretch just make sure you get 10 minutes in. As you’re waiting for your pump to come in he sure to read to SRT.

Hey DLD my pump has arrived so a routine would be great?! I did put at the top pf the thread that I would pump for 10 mins twice a day for 10 mins on 5 then do Jelqs after that. If you have any better suggestions please do..... I have a left curve that I am trying to straighten.

Great news to hear that it came in. The best routine for girth is the 5×5×3 sound in the SRT routine. This brings unbelievable expansion of tissue with very minimal retention of water.

I highly recommend you do length work before girth. If you do girth first it becomes a struggle to stretch tissue that has already been expanded.

Correcting a bend will happen naturally through pumping but you can speed the process by using DLD Bends if the curve is linear if the curve is not linear I suggest you do Erect Jelqing against the curve.

I would also get in the testicle health massage and stretch found in the newbie routine. And lastly get three 10 minute sessions a week doing erect stretching to help close the gap between BPEL & FSBPL.
 
Could you tell me how just the pumping helps correct the curve or is it the pumping and the jelqs that will correct it?

When you pump erect you’re pulling the tunica staight in the line of vacuum. This will help to straighten a curve. Jelqing against the curve while erect will also add to the speed of state straightening the penis.

Hey DLD I have edited my routine here after some trial and error, over did it a little bit, got some spotting and or soreness to my penis but I think I that now have it nailed down to what I can handle at the moment. Can you check the new routine over for me and let me know what you think? is it OK to do SSJ then normal Jelqs straight after?

Also regarding erect stretching, can this be done while in the pump by pulling on the tube while in it?

SlowSquashJelqs are the most powerful girth exercise so I would hope you would go with that over the standard jelq. But if you want to do both there’s no harm in that, most likely increase your gains.

The type of stress you’re using is called a hard-core stretch and it’s made for bringing internal penis outward. Erect stretches you get an erection and grip it below the head and stretch outward.
 
UPDATE

I have been hit an miss with my training due to having problems getting my PeniMaster Pro to fit properly without my glans slipping out or getting blister like bubbles. I have now resolved this and now know how to get a good seal.

I still get a fair bit of water retention/swelling with it after so I have ordered myself an additional fixing online to see if this works better so I can stay in it longer. I am currently able to stay in it for up to three hours a day but I hope to wear it longer as I am not yet seeing the straightening of my curve.

That said here is my current daily routine after working out what works for me on a day to day basis:

Kegal and reverse Kegal routine while having coffee then Shower/Warm up.

2 x 25 Seconds bundle stretches twist both directions
2 x 25 Seconds Straight Stretches

Daily I use Penimaster Pro Stretcher device for 3 hours then rest wearing SiliRing. I have stopped wearing any underwear in the day time so I can hang and heal if I can’t wear the SiliRing due to swelling.

Lunch

Then Penimaster Pro Band stretcher strapped around waste against the curve for recovery 2 hours.

Early Evening after a run or exercise:

10 min Pump using MittVac Dry Pump Pressure 7 then 150 x Straight but upwards Jelq

10 min Pump using MittVac Dry Pump Pressure 7 then 150 x Jelq to the right against my curve

Apply Hydrocortisone cream and SiliRing for recovery.

Side not my girlfriend has commented that my penis has become bigger although the curve does not seem to be shifting yet.

I measured yesterday albeit after being in my stretcher for the morning and my penis measured 7inches when I was 6.5inch which is very promising. I am wondering if this is due to the stretch I had just been in or a more permanent gain. I will look to measure again next week as I have to take the week off due to visiting family. Watch this space!

Very quick Newbie gains! Some men see from 1/2 of an inch to an inch of growth when just starting. Keep up the good work and that length will get longer and longer!
