After doing some research around the forum I have put together this protocol.
Of course I could put together SO many more exercises but please note that I need to be time efficient as my schedule is already pretty packed.
That being said this is the protocol I have come up with to give me the fastest gains in both lenght and girth while trying to be time efficient!
(Also I currently don't have money to spend on all MOS products so I tried to come up with the best solution)
Warmup:
5 min SUPER hot shower
1 min basic slow jelqing
Bundled Stretch (5min):
Lengthmaster bundled downward stretch 2.5 min
Lengthmaster bundled BTC stretch 2.5 min
LENGHTMASTER (SESSION 1):
Straight up to Center, 30 seconds x4
Straight up to the Left, 30 seconds x4
Straight up to the Right, 30 seconds x4
Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks x4
Straight Down to the Center, 30 seconds x4
Straight Down to Left, 30 seconds x4
Straight Down to Right, 30 seconds x4
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks x4
Straight Out to the Center, 30 seconds x4
Straight Out to Left, 30 seconds x4
Straight Out to Right, 30 seconds x4
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks x4
Behind the Cheeks to Center, 30 seconds x4
Behind the Cheeks to Left, 30 seconds x4
Behind the Cheeks to Right, 30 seconds x4
BTS bonus stretch (end), perfect stretch spot, hold for 2 minutes
Apply hydrocortisone cream.
Silistretcher:
Immediately jump in the silistretcher. Stretch at 80% force
Do this for 4 hours.
(I will be using my own Penis extender as I can not afford the Silistretcher at this time unfortunately).
Quick 10-15 minute break.
To reset bloodflow to the penis.
Warmup:
Gentle jelq for 1 minute
Bundled Stretch (5min):
Lengthmaster bundled downward stretch 2.5 min
Lengthmaster bundled BTC stretch 2.5 min
LENGTHMASTER (SESSION 2):
Repeat the LENGTHMASTER session, swap order.
Apply Silisleeve:
If 4 hours is not yet done in the Silistretcher, complete that first.
Get in the Silisleeve while waiting for Girth Session.
GIRTH (around evening/night):
5 Minute Slow Squash Jelq
5 Minutes in the Bathmate at full intensity
--30 sec rest--
5 Minute Slow Squash Jelq
5 Minutes in the Bathmate at full intensity
--30 sec rest--
5 Minute Slow Squash Jelq
5 Minutes in the Bathmate at full intensity
Put on SiliRing until bedtime.
Before going to bed:
Testicle health massage
-Ball massage, 60 seconds
-Ball stretch, 40 reps
Put on Silisleeve and wear overnight
Extra:
10 minutes of erect stretching 3 times a week.
Kegal practice: Whenever I go pee throughout the day, I will practice holding pee back for 5 secs before releasing.
Extra 2:
Whenever I am not able to stretch at home, e.x when I'm at work, I will always be wearing the Silisleeve
This is basically the SRT program more or less. But I would greatly appreciate feedback from you more experienced PE guys, what are alternative exercises or add ons that you feel are a MUST HAVE for growing a DLD?
