Hello @DLD

Can you check in with the shop support?

I have ordered some stuff and it's been 7 days and still not shipped from the store...They don't reply to emails and nothing...

So please let me know what's the case...if this keeps happening... it's hard for me to stay shopping with you guys. Its really frustrating
 
Yep Got the same reply from @DLD that he has nothing to do with sales... maybe some have to move on and find stuff somewhere else...as there are many other sources for the same kind of products.

In My case...today is the 7th day and have got no email reply and the product is still not being shipped from the warehouse... Its insane how people

I spoke at length via email with the customer service and they said it is DHL that is messing up and delaying in picking up the parcel of the customers. @pd08111997 I've sent you a private message on the forum just now and I included my email address. I will appreciate if you respond to it by sending me your email address too.

Send me an email here I will pressure the MOS shop on your behalf. [email protected] Make sure you send the email with the same email address you used in placing your order.
 
@Di Ablo Yep I did got the label created email on 31 July or so...and it's still not picked up... in tracking Shows USPS is waiting for the parcel to arrive.
 
Atleast the support can reply on email and tell us about that... instead of ignoring...we could have the idea of when the package will be shipped. Or else we can find some other site as well ... They said that only one stuff was not in supply so i said that's fine ship rest of the products...but even that hasn't been done...

And if you guys are getting reply from support them what's issue in support directly replying to our emails?... Or every time we have to contact through you guys?...

And about the patients...it's been 7 days ..the order hasn't left the warehouse...most of you compitition delivers the order by this time... So atleast get a good reason to retain your customer guys...
 
The thing is I will be traveling this Wednesday so I don't have much time to wait... as once I go i won't be able to get receive the product and have to stop about a 45 days to get back...so it's really tough situation for me now...if they would have let me know before...I would have got some similar sleeves from lg hanger atleast they are fast and responsive...will wait for today and if not shipped then i have no other option than to cancel the order...and get going...pets see what happens... As after regular contact yesterday the sales team said that they will ship it by today...but hasn't done yet...so let's see what happens.
 
I do understand the process and it would have been sorted out way early if the support replied with issue so can go around that...but nope...they just ignore their customers... Great strategy

Me too! I ordered a duroring (cockring) middle of july. Support said it would be shipped this week. Haven't heard a word from them. I will start shopping somewhere else. Anyone know of a good place to order cockrings?

What is happening with the MOS shop is a minor problem. You shouldn't walk away because of this. Can you send me an email at [email protected] and including your order deals so I can follow up with your item?
 

I've contacted them and I also CC your email address. I will be contacting them daily until your Duro RIngs are delivered. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

The Durorings are the best cockrings I have found and this is my second order. First order was a few years ago, don't remember when I ordered but delivery was not a problem. Looking forward to delivery.

Girth bands from LG hanger is worth it.. MOS is getting worst day by day According to me...they need to improve their system or will lose many customers for sure.

Just sent them another email. It seems yhere is a slight delay with DHL shipping. The shop is on it now

I am in US, so DHL has nothing to do with it...can you please force your sales team to ship the order... because if it doesn't gets shipped by today...i cannot wait...I will do a chargeback from my side...as I'll be moving and have no chance of collecting the order...so please tell them to ship it by today itself... As the sales team promised me that they'll be shipping it yesterday but it's been 24 hrs and no update...

I can understand they have few items on short...so just send whichever product is available... It's just one sleeve that's out of stock...but rest is good to go...so tell them about this... here's my order ID:320315.

Let me know what update you get...i really don't want to cancel the order...and I would have been able wait few days...but it's not possible in my situation because of traveling. And order was on around 30th July...so it's late

So if you can ship the order by today may be I'll get it by Wednesday. Which is workable.

Let me know what you guys decide.

Yep product quality are good... This is my second order too... first order was couple of weeks ago...and then I got the product within 4 days of ordering... So it was fast...but this time... I don't know.

The courier is the problem. Please be patient.

Just got email from USPS that order has shipped... picked up...so it's fine now..and estimated delivery is within deadline.

I think this was necessary because the product quality from MOS is superior but due to support from sales, the customer experience goes down.

But for now my side all is resolved

Support here, can you provide an order number?

Here at MOS, we do our best to respond to every issue and concern. If you have not received a response within 3 days then you may have a block on your email account. Please allow 2 to 3 days for an email response as our customer service are very busy.
 
I been reading other posts with complaints about the Shop MOS customer service. Non-responsive to emails and phone calls and major shipping delays. You think Mr DLD would be on it in a heart. It's the driving force to his income and that's what keeps the forum alive. But, he stated several times recently, he has nothing to do with the sales department anymore. Sorry MR DLD, I;m just repeating what I read here.

Hello,

Customer service always respond to customers, many customers have blocks on their email accounts which causes emails to be blocked or end up in spam. However, all customers get the care they need. We do ask for 2 to 3 days fore replies, however, emails are usually answered within a 24hr period.

As for shipping delays, well this is due to supply chain issues as we are experiencing GLOBALLY. However, all customers are updated when this happens. If a customer is not updated this is typically due to the email on file.

Are you saying its been 7 days and you have not gotten a response or product? Please give me your email and or order number. I will look deeper into this, and if this proves to be correct (No email reply within 7 days), then your order is free!
 
Usually, the customer will get an initial notice the label was created, ready for pickup, then a notice it was picked up. @pd08111997 did you get a label created notice?

Ok you are the DHL order, this issue was solely on DHL not on MOS. I have receipts from where DHL was ordered to pick up your item and they did not, until the 3rd order. This was truly a DHL issue as your order was fulfilled and properly scheduled to ship. We have rectified the situation by refunding you your shipping amount even though it was a DHL issue.

Please do not make it seem as though its MOS when we have done everything in our power to make you happy. We can not be responsible for how shipping companies conduct business.

We are experiencing a delays....However, we always respond and inform. What's your order number? You are claiming we have not responded via email within 7 days? IF this is true your order is free. We always reply to emails!

Send another email informing us that you have not received a reply within 3 days. We will then check our mail delivery failures and reach out from a personal email. Here you can either communicate this way or edit your email account so that you can properly get updated on shipping and tracking.

We ask that you have patience and give us time ( 1 - 3 days ) to respond to your inquiry. Always check SPAM

Shipping delays
Silisleeve2, duro 22mm and size doctors will be shipped out as soon as we restock, there has been a supply chain delay in supplies. Shipping delays etc. If you are missing a Silisleeve2 or Size doctor we are expecting to get your order next week. However, Sleeves will start shipping out as soon as we receive them as they have been delayed.

Earlier to customer service via email you requested a size bigger which we agreed and is preparing to ship it. Therefore your order will ship today or Monday morning depending on the postal pickup. Thank you for your business. As your issue is now solved!

Lightning, I have gone into settings and found nothing that would block your email. It is the same email that you used today. Not found in junk or spam. I don't know what my problem is but I will keep looking. I did email you a change of email address, that may fix the problem. Thanks for the info about the product delays.

The order is still stuck in pickup from the USPS...i have been writing support everyday...as I have a deadline for the shipping...i have placed the order on 30th and still it's in pending pickup... I also have told that if something is not available... atleast send the rest and cancel whatever is not available...but still no action taken from you guys...

I got email saying that there's some supply issues with ss2...I told you guys that's fine...just cancel that particular product and send the rest of package or replace saw by ss5... Same size and same cost...no reply...

I am repeating this like a broken record...that i have deadline till Thursday...so it will be better if I get the parcel before that...and if you have shipped it yesterday or may be today that would be possible... But no action and no reply on that too...

I just got bunch of new emails saying your order is on the way with different tracking in each email...and after clicking the tracking it says "label created but not in system yet"which is same from 1 August...

So please check the order and let me know here that the orders are shipped or not...and by shipping i mean has it left the warehouse or not...

I have emailed you the Mail Error we received whenever we attempted contact. This is why we are communicating thru other emails, and now the forums.

It appears you emailed us initially from tidio or direct from a Bellsouth email, which is the email we responded to. However, on your shop account, there is a Gmail account. I'm assuming you have updated.

Check your email. I think we could clear this up using a different email address. You have bent over backwards trying to help with this problem and I appreciate the effort. Sorry for my lack of comunication on this matter but I can not fix the problem on my end.

Please check your emails and reply there as we have been doing while working out your issue. When I read this it sounds like we are not on the same page, which is what I have been trying to do. So again the solution is in your email, let me know how you would like to proceed.
