You can nowdays have that integrated in your elecrical system, and then feed the data to your Android/iOS device. But there are many different systems in the world, so you need to do your own research on this.

You can also use a device like, TP-link Tapo P115 (not advertisement, just a device that seems to be popular).
It's a device you plug into the electrical outlet before your elecrical device. It will feed data regarding you power consumption to your Android/iOS device, there are also other functions. Really compact device I must say.
