This is to assist brothers who use Hydroxtreme 7 (also known as HydroExtreme). This is the common-size version and not the widebody, which comes with the additional manual bulb pump as a package. If you didn't purchase it as a package, you can purchase the bulb pump on the side for the modification or use the idea from @squirt_inducer_man to add on the vacuum manual pump and the pressure gauge. It's pretty easy, actually. We can go into other modification details as needed, such as adapting a silicone sleeve onto a T-fitting and flare into the manual pump. I'll work with our brother on this modification as a near future project. Other Bathmate models have similar or exact sizes as well. Just a different sealing lock at the top. This modification will give you clues to what to do for your own unit.

Purpose: Modification made for fast girth gain with safety at the forefront
Objective: Increase the intensity for tunica albuginea and corpus cavernosa expansion to maximize growth while monitoring personal safety

The modification is focused on the bulb pump portion to measure the internal vacuum pressure and add safety for the users. The gauge you can find either comes as a vacuum type or a dual-pressure type. The one I'm using is a dual-pressure type for future recycling of part usage. You can purchase the vacuum pressure only if you like, but make sure that it supports gas and liquid. I'll list the parts:

Push-to-Connect Tube Fitting, Branch Tee, 1/4" Tube OD x 1/4" NPT Male x 1/4" Tube OD
1710266083779.png
The measurement of the OD (outer diameter) of the red tube is 0.3in (or 3/8in), but in reality, it's a common size that fits into the 0.25in push-to-connect tubing for the water line. This unit allows you to go as high as 290 psi, or 183 inHg. I highly doubt our penis can handle anything beyond 30 inHg. If you need more length, purchase any Food Grade 1/4" ID x 3/8" OD Silicone Tubing. This allows you to have human health safety and long-lasting parts at the same time. The pressure can go beyond 30 inHg and 30 psi, but we're not going further than that. Estimated cost is between $7 to $15 depending on shipping cost. I don't see it around the local hardware stores.

-30~30Psi Vacuum Pressure Gauge 1/4" NPT 2.5" FACE DIAL, Stainless Steel Liquid Filled Pressure Gauge WOG Water Oil Air Center Back Mount
1710266366747.png
Notice the -30 inHg to +30psi (notice a difference in pressure between vacuum pressure in inHg vs positive pressure in psi). Once again, our penis is not meant to enter into the high vacuum pressure territory beyond 20 inHg (508 mmHg) for more than 60 seconds unless you're an extremist. The upper range of vacuum pressure is meant for those who have been on the PE journey for years. When you purchase the gauge, make sure to get the one that supports both water and gas. Purchase cheapy one that only supports air will give you grief later when you introduce water. Estimated cost is between $15 to $35, depending on shipping cost. Can't find this anywhere around the local hardware stores. Not even the welding stores.

Coupling 1/4 Inch NPT x 1/4 Inch NPT Female Pipe Adapter
1710287111542.png
This will join the pressure gauge and the tube fitting together. Just visit the local hardware store to find the best length for your needs. Mine is 1-inch length. You might want to select 0.5 to 0.75in length just to save a bit of space. Estimated cost for plastic is around $3 and metal is $6.

Screenshot_20240312_214827_Chrome.jpg or Screenshot_20240312_214424_Amazon Shopping.jpg
For those who are searching for just the one-way valve bulb pump itself, you can find them on AliExpress or an alternative 1/4in (6mm) one way valve fuel transfer bulb. If you need extra hose line, 1/4 inch vinyl or food grade silicone tubing. Estimated cost is around $15 to $30, depending on shipping cost. Do remember that the Bathmate knockoff pumps are based on the older versions and not the latest. Although, the cap for the pump remains the same while the pumps are old.

Adaptable to existing bleeding system like the MityVac hand pump or similar with these parts:

@squirt_inducer_man already has his mod using 3/4in or 20mm vinyl/silicone tubing over the bleeder locking cap. You can heat-shrink it to fit inside the bleeder cap as well. Do remember that having food grade (commonly designed for household drinking water) over the common plastic/silicone used for general piping will prevent the processed petroleum residues from sticking to your skin. It's both for hygienic and safety reasons.

IMG_20240128_081703.jpg

Additional parts: Use these parts to adapt to other manual vacuum pumps, such as bulb type, brake bleeder hand gun type, or any one way valve bleeder system type.
3-4barbfitting.png
3/4 inch barb to 3/4 inch FIP fitting. The barb goes into the plastic tubing. Heat shrink it to promote perfect seal over the barb. The FIP is the female threaded end. Estimated cost for plastic is around $3 and metal is $6.

3-4to1-4bushing.png
3/4 inch MIP x 1/4 inch FIP pipe hex bushing fitting. This screws into the female FIP fitting above. Estimated cost for plastic is around $4 and metal is $6.

From here on out, let your creativity takes hold of you. You can use that 1/4 inch FIP to fit a 1/4 inch barb at the end, connect to a hose, and run it to a MityVac bleeding kit already have a gauge on there. Estimated cost is around $35 to $50, depending on where you purchase it.

MityVacKit.png

For our brother @squirt_inducer_man that use the Vacu Vin wine saver pump, you can adapt a larger design with these parts:

1710437907922.png
3/4 inch barb x 3/4 inch MIP Adapter Fitting. This is to link between the tube and the 3/4 inch T fitting below. Estimated cost for plastic is $5 and metal is $8.
1710438056153.png
3/4 inch Tee FIP fitting. This is to connect the fitting above, and prepare it for the gauge and the pipe end for the pump. Estimated cost for plastic is around $3 and metal is $6.
1710437907922.png
One more 3/4 inch barb x 3/4 inch MIP Adapter Fitting. This is to link between the Tee FIP fitting and prepare a tube for the Vacu Vin hand pump. A 12 inch length is $5 for standard vinyl, and $10 for food grade.
1710438288257.png
A desired length of vinyl/silicone tubing, food grade when possible, to attach to the barb. Heat shrink it to create a perfect tight fit.
1710438484660.png
A wine saver pump. Most pump has a 3/4 inch diameter. You can heat treat it to expand or shrink to fit based on the diameter of the any pump. Estimated cheapest costs: $10

Whatever modification method you want use, it's limited by your ingenuity and budget. If you weigh safety versus budget, safety will save you a whole lot more in the long run.

Do remember that this modification is for the brothers using HydroXtreme 7, and they have yet to max out the girth size. I haven't even reach 80% of the total girth of the comfort insert yet even after three pump sessions. When I reach that 95% filling space, I'll remove the comfort insert and use that extra 0.75 inch of free diameter to further expand my girth. As one of our brothers create a good imagery of what happens when you force your expansion through the comfort insert:
Lollipop-21-5-sec_balloon_expansion_01.gif

I'm also focusing on my glans expansion over my entire penile body, so in a sense, this is also a blessing and a curse. The natural penis among the mammals of the animal kingdom has a more prominent glans than the shaft/body, which is designed to scoop out the old deposited semen and push the dominant semen deposit deep into the vaginal canal. For humans, we adopted the glans as an internal stimulus penile part, especially the usage of the enhancement/expansion of the corona (the glans's rim) and the remaining portion of the penile base during the sexual excitement peaks to stimulate the clitoris region. If you have a long penis, between 7 to 9 inches, the focus should be the glans, the base, then the midshaft. Why? Think about which of the vaginal areas you're stimulating.

The glans provides the maximum stimulation to the internal clitoris during the initial stroke, which is the entire region of the vaginal canal's first 3 inches. Most oral stimulation the ladies give tends to be the glans and not the entire shaft. Something to think about since that's where most, if not all, your nerve endings are located at.
clitoris-location.jpg
(Notice the inner clitoris region in comparison the coverage area starting from the labia majora, the large vagina lips)

Injection-du-point-G.jpg
(Observe the "approximate area". That is more than 5 square inches of approximation to hit.)

A-spot.png
(Notice the location of the AFE-zone or A-spot, commonly near and around the cervix. Cervix location tends to relocate either below or above based on past vaginal traumas, such as injuries, pregnancies, or even surgeries). The A-spot is actually larger than the G-spot for mature females. Longer penis length and larger glans help to stimulate this whole area further.)

A larger glans also provides comfort to the cervix upon contact. Rather than a harsh point impact due to small and/or pointy glans, the glans can assist in displacing the cervix away during the long strokes or fast action based on positions. If your penile length is long enough, the glans will help in hitting the larger area composed of the G-spot and a smaller area composed of the A-spot in a single stroke. Your large penile base will help to stimulate the exposed clitoris glans further based on positions (69, spider, missionary, even doggy). During intense moments, the vagina wall clamps down on the enlarged penis glans, adding optimal pleasure to both you and her. But of course, this is my opinion, and those who focused on enlarging their glans in the past to pleasure their ladies. For those who believe to have slight or too much turkey neck issues, don't discount that excess skin of yours. It actually helps to pleasure the labia (vagina lips) or hyperstimulate the clitoris glans during positions where your turkey neck comes in contact. My wife loves those intense stimulating moments where her clitoris glans gets slightly roughed up by the turkey neck.

Words of the wise from @DLD and it's a fact:
"Temporary gains lead to permanent gains. As girth expands with each session so does the Tunica. As the Tunica is slowly stretched permanent girth is established. It is a process that will repeat itself until you get to your goals."

Installation:

01-1.jpg

Mark your cutting location. You can either select the cutting location near the bulb, or near the Bathmate cylinder. If you select the placement near the bulb, it's easier to hold everything in one hand during pumping. If you select the placement near the cylinder, it's easier for you to support both the cylinder and the gauge weight, freeing your other hands to do the pumping or supporting other tasks.

When you mark the cutting location, make sure to line up the plastic tubing with the T-tube fitting closest to the back area of T-tube fitting. This allows the tightest connection possible to prevent air leakage, while providing closest to the pumping bulb or the cylinder to prevent bulky line slag. The slag will make your life miserable later.

02.jpg
Either heat the line or use a sharp knife and trim the edge down a bit. The outer diameter of the tubing is slightly larger than the 3/8in diameter of the T-tube fitting. Very common for high pressure tubing. By shrinking or trimming the insert point a bit, it allows you have a pushing start into the T-fitting with ease. Otherwise, you'll have a fun time forcing the tubing into the T-tube fitting.

03.jpg
(Using original line, and trimmed for shorter connection when I'm in the shower)

1710877635652.jpeg
extendedline-jpg.1835487

(Using 1/4 inch food grade silicone tubing for longer extension to use when I'm not in the shower)

Install the pressure gauge onto the T-tube fitting. BE VERY CAREFUL NOT TO TWIST THE HEX SCREW OFF THE PLASTIC T-TUBE FITTING. We made a mistake with the first one by holding onto the plastic T-tube fitting and twist on the 1/4-inch coupling. If that metal hex nut twists loosely from the plastic T-tube fitting, that T-tube fitting is no longer usable. My suggestion is to use two hex wrenches for tightening only on the metal parts. Do not use force anywhere on the plastic portion of the T-tube fiting.

Air static pressure testing: successful
Water static pressure testing: successful

Usage and Safety Direction:
  1. Make sure the internal bleed valve is closed. This means you need to turn clockwise fully to prevent accidental pressure release, which means it's locked. Counter-clockwise will allows air to be introduced into the system when you press gently onto the cap.
    1710450998085.png
  2. The small pin/lever used for water bleeding should be centered. This allows the water to continually leave the chamber when the bulb pump is mounted to the Bathmate unit.
    1710450910438.png1710877769987.jpeg
  3. Achieve full erection when possible as you enter the penile shaft into the Bathmate. If not, make sure to perform stimuli and kegel exercise to get the penis fully erected. If you're not fully erected, or even partially erected, the pumping session will not be as effective until you manage to get more blood to be engorged inside the penile body. The true expansion during each session starts when you are 100% erected, followed by additional blood flow into the fully expanded corpus cavernosa (the two main chambers) and the corpus spongiosum (the secondary chamber at bottom around your urethra).
  4. DO NOT GO FULL PRESSURE immediately. Stay within reasonable range, between 5 to 6 inHg for the first session, or even lower if you feel a throbing pain along the penile body. Just use enough pressure until your penile shaft feels a good internal exertion beyond the fully erected penis. Add a couple more inHg for the second and third session until you can feel that full internal exertion again.
  5. NEVER EVER exceed 10 inHg as a beginner, or remain in static pressure for more than 60 seconds. You will develop blisters on the glans, bruise your penis shaft, or burst your blood vessels. Slowly release the pressure down to 6 inHg, and rise back up to 10 inHG every 30 to 60 seconds. We're aiming for forced expansion with safety in mind. Those who have been doing this for a long while, they can go higher based on their experiences. Once you reach into the 12 inHg territory, your glans will expand, and with moisture influenced on the glans's tissue, a crack in the skin can develop if the glans over expands. Slow and steady when it comes to the expansion game as you pass the 10 inHg mark.
  6. For veterans (more than a year), NEVER EVER exceed 16 inHg more than 60 seconds using water. I'm not joking with you. I use air only and it's tollerable. Using water, the vacuum compression is crazy. On the third session, it left a nice bruising within 30 seconds, and within 60 seconds, I got a mini blister.
Keep this info in the back of your head:

4 inHg to 5 inHg = 102 to 127 mmHg (this is the healthy body full erection)
6 inHg to 8 inHg = 152 to 203 mmHg (this is where sexually hyper-excited state in very healthy bodies, peaking into force expansion jelqing territory)
9 inHg to 10 inHg = 229 to 254 mmHg (this is no longer normal and entering into hyper-expansion territory)
11 inHg to 12 inHg = 279 to 305 mmHg (you're entering into unsafe territory with possible glans blistering internal blood vessel rupture after 30 seconds).
16 inHg = 406 mmHg (your corpus cavernosa can still handle the pressure, but not your glans's tissues and blood vessels. Leave this to the ultra veterans that already developed their penises from the 6+ years of penile enhancement and have already pre-conditioned for extreme pressures)

Excellent work and description. I thank you for putting so much work into this. It's gonna benefit the brotherhood big time.

I believe I have some materials around to make a quick mod of your existing setup. You use the food vac hand pump, which I have two to use for testing. I think I have a spare vac gauge in the garage somewhere with a yard of rubber hosing. I think I can adapt it real fast for your current design for those who don't want to use the bulb pump.

Is this not a genuine Bathmate® HydroXtreme pump?
I ask because of this question you had in this thread (🔗 Modifications to Bathmate® HydroXtreme models).
It is. I'm just asking what pump type you used for your own HydroXtreme mod. It look like the vacuum hand pump for the storage sealing bag and not the food vacuum pump for the smaller bags and containers. The storage sealing pumps are much more robust and look similar to yours. The food vacuum hand pumps are half the height and size. I tried to pump using those food vacuum pumps and I can't get up more than 6 inHg.

Okay! I did not interpret your question correctly, I thought you where referring to the penis pump.
The pump I'm using is a VACUVIN (Wine Saver).
But I can't tell you anything more because we are not allowed to advertise products. At least I'm not allowed to post a link.

Ah hah! Got it. If that's the case, I think I may be able to dig one out of my old wine tool collection box. It's not really an advertisement per se. We're literally providing step-by-step guide with proper parts from various tools. I not, I'll grab one from the local big wine store and see if I can mod that on a calm and need-to-get-drunk day.

By the way, if you mod with the needed parts, the total should be around ~$35, or ~30 GBP. Good to have a gauge to know how high of a pressure you've achieved so far. I think you may already be in the 13 to 15 inHg.

Would be very interesting to know the pressure I'm using.
I see progress that is for sure.
I do not think I can get away with that price (maybe).

It should be food grade so you don't get a bad smell and so it's safe for your penis.

I tried the same mod with my Hydromax 5, but I was not successful because the tubing I got, was really bad quality, and I got a strange lingering smell on my hands from the tubing. Can't be that good quality if it gives away that strong of a smell.

I made this thread a sticky.
To important thread for not everyone to read. But with that said. You do not need this modification, if you do not want it.

But having a gauge will be safer, if you have trouble to estimate how much you need to pump for growth. Personally I feel this in my penis (also I'm seeing it on the expansion), but as I have discovered here, not everyone can do this safely.

I will try to create this modification myself, when I have some money for it.

If you do not want to experiment yourself, you can buy the MityVac instead.

@oldandlively you bring so much knowledge to this brotherhood. Thank you.

Do remember that having food grade (commonly designed for household drinking water) over the common plastic/silicone used for general piping will prevent the processed petroleum residues from sticking to your skin. It's both for hygienic and safety reasons.
You can even see the difference in this picture.
The transparent tubing have bad quality and give a lingering smell to your hands = no good, but the other one have as good quality as you can get (food grade).

The tubing to the left in this picture below is the one I use for my Bathmate® HydroExtreme 7 Wide Boy. I used Isopropanol on the valve surface before putting on the valve with the help of heat from a hair dryer (heating the tubing). This tubing are still on today.

The strange thing is that it incicated high quality on both when ordering. It's important to get good quality tubing for safety concerns.

Mityvac is the best way as you can make very precise adjustments to perfect your routine. You will have the Mityvac soon

Hi @oldandlively
Just got the parta today and already assembled by your very accurate guide.
Already had the chance to try it and i really liked it. I finally could see my pressure with my BM.

So the black marking is the inHG right?
I wonder why the pointer goes down to minus instead of going up? Is there a way to reverse it? As in the up site you have much more space and you have one whole line for each 1inHG where on the negative site you have each line for 2inHG which is a bit bummer where you can't see where you at in big, but need to really take a good look all the time.

P.s I saw that in 4-5inHG i feel the tense but it's not bad. While at 6inHG i starts to feel a bit on edge.

Yes. Black mark is the inHg.

Is there a way to make it go up towards the positive as it's more BIG, and not down towards the negative ?

@oldandlively is there some component/device you can put in a pneumatic system, where you can adjust the maximum vaccum pressure on a tube/line, and if the vaccum pressure goes over this pre-set value, you will not be able to add more vaccum pressure.

Some kind of release valve. 🤔
Also it needs to be cheep.

I need this bad. I need to force myself to only do maintenance, becouse it do not go so well. I was expanding up to 7 Inch girth again this evening.

I don't think even need to use a pump now. Jelq's seams to be more the enough to keep my penis healthy.

Yes, and it's a very bulky set up. Way too bulky. There's no mini inline version either. The valves you're looking for is digital (as manual is accurate) fluid regulator with bleed valve or a solenoid inline valve. Some comes together as a pump to pull the fluid to a certain pressure and stops, or some has a built in regulator to control the pressure, but these regulators are plugged into the electrical source.

or this type of set up (there is also a liquid version as well):

Unfortunately, there's no compact version, and to have anything automatic with a pressure relief valve, you have to rig the set up with multiple stages. One is the pressure regulator itself, the second is the adjustable relief or bleed valve. I used to set this up for my aquarium with CO2 flow meters and diffusers. It's a living mess.

Thanks! :) Awesome information.
If I had my own workshop, I would create this and create an overbuild system.
Water trap and these switches, Solenoid valves, and all in a "compact" box made of aluminum.
This can be a project for the far far future.
You just have 2 hoses connected to this box. One for the vacuum pump and the other one for the penis cylinder.
The next step is to have an automatic vacuum pump, but that would not be as safe or easy to implement in my opinion.

You can always dream for the perfect solution!
I will stick with the discipline for now. I have removed the valves from my 2.25" and 2.5" Acrylic.
I even was thinking to get a 3" cylinder....😂 but I stopped myself. hahahaha!!!

We may end up with a Hulk penis pump system. Ease up brother, before you exceed the stallion standards and enter into unicorn standards, where a penis made only of dreams and wishes.

The decision is made, I will not use a penis pump as much, and if I do 5 in.Hg is max vacuum pressure, and 2" wide cylinder is the biggest (smallest) I am allowed to use. I will listen to only myself and no other.

Thanks for the talk.

I should think so

I received my bathmate today and I tested it. I wanted to pump to 1 cm below my erection value but it was too painful so I did it to -2.5, which was still painful. As other pumps have a vacuum gauge, I thought to diy a pressure gauge and now I'm finding this. Funnily enough we chose exactly the same type parts :))). I bought the exame same plastic t piece for hoses but I bought the 6mm 1/8 connection variant because I thought of the weight ( saved 'bout 10g :))) ); same 1/8 female thread; and 1/8 vacuum gauge -1-0bar/-30-0inHg because I didn't care about the pressure values. Now looking at my order, I really hope the gauge has glycerin inside. I also thought it was stupid to thread brass on plastic, but it is what it is, I didn't find a better solution.

I felt so smart and original planning my diy project but here I am seeing someone doing exactly the same thing with minimal differences lol. Congrats for the result and the hugely informative information

We're here with the same mindset and same way of thinking. We will find innovating ways to protect ourselves and increase our investment with minimum costs when possible.

Now, you full assemble together, make sure to test where you are based on the negative pressure. I think your penis may still require some preconditioning at lower pressure around -4inHg rather than in the high pressure at -7inHg. With the gauge, you can accurately assess where you truly are. Keep us in the loop.

That is exactly why I decided to mount a vacuum gauge so I can understand what is happening and I won't end up overpumping. Today I stoped when I saw red spots on the gland and I massaged it quickly and (even though I was still below the recommended length). After the 15 minutes I applied a zinc oxide cream

Ah, the infamous high pressure blood spot. GIve yourself a few days for the blood blisters to subside and the skin on the glans (the fascias) to heal and toughen up again. Otherwise, you'll get more blisters or larger blisters.

Funny how I'm sounding like a grandpa warning people. Hahahahaha. I have no problem in taking that role.

I started my journey with a lot a research because I only heard that PE is bullshit mostly everywhere (the thousands of scams didn't help). I saw some people I follow keep recommending the bathmate for (real gains) so I started to read how and why to do it, as well as what not to do. The bloodspots appeared on the glands (while pumping) and maybe because I was fast to act they quickly disappeared. I will see tomorrow if I caused any trauma, but for now all is good.

I believe that PE should be approached with knowledge and not blindly. The rewards are high but the risks when doing things wrong are even higher. That's why I started to collect and filter information and I am happy that many of the things I read elsewhere are confirmed on this forum also. The community is amazing. I am very excited to read what your thoughts on this forum in many threads. Regarding PE, I read studies and I listened to a lot of medical advice from doctors and I am happy to find that the large majority of information on MOS is science based. If it wouldn't be I'd probably wouldn't be doing this. On the other hand, science wouldn't be done without people (pioneers) like DLD and many others. I am grateful to benefit from this after all this work has been done.

I believe that aproaching this journey should be done with a grandpa's wisdom, so any advice or warning should be welcomed. I surely do

Thank you for your kind words for our founder DLD and the fore-brothers that pursued PE in earnest.

Why not do this? Generate yourself a personal routine and progress log page, and we'll assist with your journey. If you need proven steps, scientific and medical base recommendation, we'll all chime in. MOS has been around for ages, and we'll keep on moving forward to help others.

I will. I already took the pictures for the before. I only started today so I didn't have time to make a comprehensive thread yet, but I will in the immediate future. I am super excited :))

Take pictures of all steps so we can see in real time

Yep. If a few of us brothers can post their results, the rest will follow. I have a few other brothers modified their Bathmate units with my instruction privately, but only SIM collaborated on the mods openly.

Excellent. Give a day to two more to allow the skin to toughen up again. It normally takes 72 hours for cells to regenerate for a near full restoration. However, you can do light jelqs just to tell the body that the pressure will still be required to be high later, so tougher the skin even more.

Today after I saw that I didn't had any trauma I did pump. I am in Europe so I did pump while you were probably sleeping :))). What I did different is that I didn't compress the bathmate but I only did use the hand pump. I pumped slower and didn't stay in static pressure for long. Today it didn't hurt and I felt only discomfort which I think will go with time after I get adjusted to the vacuum. When I'll receive my order I'll finish the mod and have way more control. Today the head had slight discoloration spots but it didn't form as bad as yesterday. Even though I went way slower and lighter than yesterday, I think this may signal that it's still a bit much for my body (for the moment). I went in the pump flacid as I am still getting used to the pump.

Edit: English is my second language. I don't think I made myself clear. I wanted to say that I pumped way before I saw your reply.

Progress threads are not only benefit the brotherhood but it will benefit the user with great advice

I don't want to spam your thread so please let me know if it is the case as I don't have experience with forums and I don't want to break any rules.

Clarification to the pain I experienced:
[which underlines the importance of a vaccum gauge on a penis pump and a major design flaw of the bathmate. I am lucky to have bought an original bathmate at a major discount- I paid around 100$]

Today (on my 3rd day) I pumped again going slow and with caution. I discovered that the pump was too close to my scrotum (my ballsack is tight) and pulled the stretched skin too much. That's why after I finished the session I didn't have a full erection (half) and I was slightly overpumping to get to the size measure indicated by the manufacturer. It was a good idea not to push my limits, but a gauge would've prevented all this. I believe that if someone has the same problem and doesn't stop, it could lead to frenulum rupture.

Lesson learned, and now I know that I have to buy a ball stretcher too. My sack is so tight that sometimes during sex a testicle gets inside the body and causes pain.

You're not brother. As long as we stay on subject 10% and talk about other things 90%, we're good. We are a relaxed brotherhood.

Ah, you discovered the dark side of the negative pressure and the frenulum. Yep, been there, suffered it. Those with tight or short frenulum suffered the most. I got my surgical removed to maximize my PE. But there are ways around it without having to cut or remove it. We can discuss the methods any time you wish.

Lesson learned, and now I know that I have to buy a ball stretcher too. My sack is so tight that sometimes during sex a testicle gets inside the body and causes pain.
Brother @Infected Mushroom came up with a solution using a TPE layer to create a comfort pad and a sealer. His TPE is 1mm thick and he cuts a small circle at the center. According to him, it helps quite a bit. This should be an added mod addition to prevent edge pinching that causes nerve and blood vessel kinking, which can be a detrimental effect to PE. I use gel and silicone cushions for my pumps.

If you have a high rising scrotal sac, or commonly called a high turkey neck, scrotum stretcher is a must. I have to get mind down a bit as well for pumping. And of course, wife likes the feeling of having her clit slapped by the balls.

The more I read in this community, the more I am starting to love it. Of course, I'm a fresh member, but everything I read from the OG members (and not only) makes me build a trust for MOS and trust is important for me.

Frenulum removal...Hmm I will give this some thought. While growing up I thought that this was a myth (that removal causes an increase in size) but I also paid only superficial attention to the subject.

I will buy this month the LenghtMaster 3 kit to add to my pump newbie rutine. Now in the beginning I am getting accustomed to everything (mentally and physically). Soon I will make my first thread in the Routine and Progress section as I am currently sketching my first post in which I will write my plan, where I want to get and I will let up the actual rutine and modifications to be decided with the brotherhood.

Is there a way to ask you one question in private? I have only one question. I am considerate to other people's time so I won't bother you with endless discussions. Thank you!
