Mityvac +silirings

So i got my mityvac and i could even be mmore happier!!!
Its the 1 st time i feel i did the correct investment ; got what i asked for and more!

The question is should i use the siliring with the mityvac ??
what size/type or ring should i use?

After i pump myself (only air) i leave the mityvac hanging; so my dick is going downwards doesnt hurt or anything. It feels like a nice tug on the upper part of my dick and i have it on 5 in hg (Recommended).

Do you guys do the same or leave it on another position?
How i long would be the MAX amount of time 1 can wear it?

If you are using the MitySleev with the MityVac, you don't need to wear the SiliRing during your pumping session. The MitySleev has a built in ring already. The SiliRing is to be worn after your pumping session throughout the day to keep penis expansion as you heal. Just remove it every 45 mins or hour and do some jelqs if you can. But dont keep it on non-stop all day. Don't over-kill, there is no rush. It's just like how the SiliSleev keeps the penis extended while healing. You can also use the SIliRing during Jelqing sessions to keep blood in the penis and maintain harder erections.

SiliRing size depend on base girth size and the users tolerance. Just listen to your body. Start with the largest one and if you feel you can go smaller to trap more blood with out pain, go smaller.

You can let the pump hang down but everyone has their own right or wrong. You are strating at a good vacuum at the 5in Hg

So glad you got your pump it I’m so happy that you’re happy! This pump is like any other pump you can wear it in whatever position is most comfortable. I would also try it with water if I was you to see if you find out more comfortable and expansive. If you go according to the SRT advice on pumping you’ll go with the 5×5×3 routine which will give you the best possible expansion with the least fluid retention. And this should be a snap for you since you’re using your pump dry. Give it a shot let me know how you like it.
