I been getting fluid retention at the base of my penis every time I pump. I do 5min pump for a total of 15min with gradual increase in pressure. By the time I am done with my last 5 min, I notice that there a large fluid build up at the base. I have the hydromax extreme x7 and I need help minimizing the fluid retention there. My penis is however does not have as much fluid retention as does the base.

Thanks for the question my brother and I hope I can help you. I have never heard of fluid retention at the base of the penis, it usually is mid to upper shaft. I think a big reason you’re seeing this fluid buildup is because of the way you’re pumping. I have found that pumping is best done for 5 minutes at a time followed by five minutes of SSJ. This eliminates fluid buildup and gives you pure tissue expansion. This type of training is called the 5×5×3 and you can find this in the SRT routine. It allows you to gain the most tissue expansion while keeping fluid retention at bay.

Fluid retention at the base might be from too wide of a pump. I have a regular bathmate and also a big ass one. When using the big one, my base where it turns into the ball sack on the underside will get puffy sometimes. This is because the wide pump covers more fat pad and more ballsack, and therefore it applies pressure there instead of the shaft.
As for around the foreskin, the harder and more turned on I am throughout a session, the less fluid retention I get.
