I am coming up with some "micro" sessions to supplement my main training sessions to get a little more time in and also to keep me engaged in doing consistent PE. Here is one I came up with tonight. I was able to do this while spending time with my kids, making dinner, etc.
Pre-supplements: L Citruline, L Arganine, Cayenne, Maca
Concealed Routine (in sweatpants):
Repeat as desired.

Concealed Routine (in sweatpants):
- Warm up(hot rice sock inside pants between long john / underwear layers) - 5 minutes
- Remove Underwear/long johns - switch to Sweat pants ONLY.
- Hang with 2.5 lbs XSleeve inside sweat pants, wrapping the hot rice sock around the silicone sleeve for added blood flow
- 25 cranks
- Testicle health massage 1-2 minutes
- 4x 30 second Mandingo stretches
- Put Xsleeve back on, and reheat rice sock - wrap around silicone sleeve inside sweat pants
Repeat as desired.
