Messed up big time!

Hello brotherhood members,

Getting straight to the question! Is anyone dieting and in the same time PE'ing? for the past week i've been limp as fcuk! I got 30lbs to lose just for general health and also which im so excited about is melting down my fat pad. I read a post somewhere which DLD wrote up on the importance of losing the fadpad for looking the size you are REALLY. So the past week i've been dieting and in 1 week a lost the expected 1 lbs. The issue here is im dead down there, so limp cant remember the last time i saw me this limp. Its not like im cutting back on calories massively, im eating 1900 cals and to maintain my weight i need probably 2400 so its nothing crazy. Ask any avid dieter and he'll tell you that dieting cuts down your libido and interest in sex. Which im not caring about these two, I just want to be able to get a pump and train and KEEP that pump which obviously in not happening. So obviously my growth won't be the same since i need to keep a pump almost all day not limp out so quickly whenever i stop stimulation. Any help is appreciated.

Are you saying that you cannot achieve an erection? Are you able to get erect when masturbating?

I can after eating my biggest meal i can get erect but its harder to get and maintain. Dieting increases cortisol stress hormone and cortisol kills of ur sex drive. My morning woodies went away completely. Wait, is it just me? didnt u get anything similar when u lost the weight bro?

Haha Im actually not sure how to react to this. Its scientifically known that dieting makes you weaker, decreases libido and even makes you feel colder. Ask any bodybuilder prepping for a show about this, they literally avoid their gf 6 weeks prior to a show. I was just wondering if anyone here found a way around it..

I think you’re worrying too much about it and making it a much bigger deal than it should be. Keep things simple and don’t obsess or read into things more than necessary. Choose what you want to do and do it. Let your yay be and yay and let your nay be nay! Never promise anything! Make a choice and make it happen.

I've had similar experience when I was trying to diet but I didn't lose my erection completely. I think you went too extreme with the reduction of your calories intake. If your body needs 2400 calories to maintain your current weight, you might have to reduce it to 2100. Maybe 1900 is too extreme for you.
