Measuring and ssj

Is there a thread on taking measurements correctly and SSJ respectively. I been doing PE since October ever other day. when I joined the brotherhood and read the newbie plan I am now doing 200 jelqs every day one day off since April. My mistake was not knowing how to properly measure my progress.

I want incorporate SSJ but don't know how to do them
