What is the proper way of measuring penis? What are the measurements that is needed to keep track. Flaccid, Erect, girth. Do you have to do both measurements for flaccid and Erect? Is there a guide and pictures on how to?

Measure flaccid stretched once a month to keep eyes on length progress. Measure girth after each session to make sure you are seeing daily expansion. Measure erect bone pressed every 3 months
