Maximum Length Possible: Need Help with Length routine (with Silistretcher and without it)

Hello,
soon I am going to have my silistretcher so I would like to know what kind of routine should I do?
Actually, @DLD if you would still have time to create routine for me like you had said before, that would be absolutely amazing, since I dont know of anyone better than you.
Like I had said before, I really really want to get the absolute maximum out of my length in as short amount of time as possible. I know this is not a race but a marathon but I really feel like I wasted a lot of time in the past doing ineffective routines and being inconsistent, so now I want to make up for it. I am absolutely dedicated to give my all into this so that I gain the most amount of length possible. It is now or never for me.
My goal is to gain 2 solid inches in erect length (non-bonepressed) in the next 6 months. I am willing to do whatever it takes to make it happen.

What kind of routine should I do once my Silistretcher arrives?
And also, what kind of routine should I do until it arrives? ( since now I can do just manual work..this is also for the future if I would be unable to use the Silistretcher for some reason).

I will truly appreciate any advice.

Yes my brother I can do whatever you’d like me to do with a routine. How much time do you have? Aside from the SS do you have any other equipment particularly Lengthmaster? And I assume this is going to be a straight up length routine?

I just ordered Silistretcher recently so in the near future I am going to have only this equipment, since I dont have so much money. But after 3 months maybe I can buy also Lengthmaster.
I would like to do only length routine to maximize the length gains.
Regarding the time, I am very busy Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday .. those days I have time just in the evening. But other days I am mostly free all the time.

When is the ETA on your SS? As far as the other tools go don’t worry on that too much right now we can work with what you have. Let me know when things come in and I will create a kick ass program for you. In the meantime I suggest that you work with the newbie routine as this is such a good foundation to work upon.
 
Also I have a question about the newbie stretching routine. I am kind of confused what is the difference betwen the bundled stretches done as a warmup and the actual "working sets" stretches.
So if I understand correctly, I am supposed to do bundled stretches in all 4 angles: behind the cheecks, straight down, straight out and straight up...also all 3 directions, left, middle and right. Each direction just one set. So that equals 3 sets per angle. 12 sets all together.

And then I do the stretching routine. Which is exactly the same thing with the difference that I dont do it bundled but just normal grip. And I do 3 sets of each direction. So that is 36 sets total.

Is this correct or did I mess it up?
 
You only do five minutes of bundled stretching before the newbie routine. So before you start your length routine get in five minutes of bundles and right before you start your girth routine get in five minutes of bundles. Stretch straight out in front of you, no need to stretch in various directions. Do you want a linear stretch to facilitate the extra stretching of the bundled tissue.

Have you given It a go yet? If not try it out and get comfortable with it and get back to me if you have any issues in wearing it. After this we will put together a routine. You can definitely gain two inches because I did it. The routine I will write for you will bring you that 2 inches within 12 months if you stick to the routine. How much time do you have each day to invest in a routine?

I just tried it right now and its quite comfortable. I really like it so far.

Take a look through the SRT routine. There are two hanging routines that I have created in that thread that I would like you to look at. Between the two tell me if it’s something that you’re good with and if so let’s start a routine. If not let me know and we will work on something more custom.

Beginers User Three 30 Minute Sets
Set one: 1 1/2 pounds
Set two: 3 pounds
Set three: 5 pounds

2. Triangle Pyramid Hanging Routine
30 Minute Sets
Set one: 5 pounds
Set two: 10 pounds
Set three: 15 pounds
Set four: 20 pound
Set five: 15 pounds
Set six: 10 pounds
Set seven: 5 pounds
Set eight : 2 pounds

From the look of it, I would opt more for the first one, the reverse pyramid, since it just 3 sets and I think it would be the best to start with fewer sets and then maybe add up. I think if I would do 8 sets right away like in this second routine, it would be too much. But that is just my opinion.
I have never done any hanging before, I have never used any device, just pure manual exercises always.
So what is your opinion on that?

You can pick up weights at Walmart or any sporting good store. You can also improvise using something heavy to hang from your connection. I like that you’re going with the shorter version this is far quicker. Definitely feel free to change things up as you desire to make it even more custom. Pictures anything else you need me to help you with please just ask

Alright so Im gonna go with the short one like you said. Now I have just last couple of questions so I understand everything and can start the routine as soon as possible. I order the questions by numbers so its more readable :)

1. I have the possibility to purchase a set of 8 small plates, each of them being 0,5 kg. What jumps should I use in your opinion throughout the sets? (regarding the weight) The routine says 1,5 lbs, then 3 lbs and then 5 lbs.... but that is like 0,6 kg then 1,2 kg and then 2,3 kg. So since I have just the 0,5 kg plates how do you recommend me to use the weight? I was thinking maybe 0,5->1->1,5. Is that good or do you suggest otherwise?

2. Where can I buy this arbor for the mini weight plates? I cannot find such a thing anywhere on the internet. Do you have some suggestions?
I saw it on MOS shop also with plates but I dont need the plates, just the arbor. Also if I would order also the plates all the way from the US it would be very expensive. Could I maybe order just the arbor from the MOS shop or do you know of any other place where to get it? The one that came with the Silistretcher is quite small and I feel its not gonna fit more than 2 plates.

3. Just to clarify the whole rotuine from the beginning until the end:
The absolutely very first thing I do the bundled stretches, just straight out, for 5 minutes.
Then I put my penis into the Silistretcher and put on the weights and do the hanging routine.
Then... ? Should I keep the silistretcher on or what should I do? This also correlates kind of with my next question.

4. At what time of the day should I do this routine? I have been doing PE for a long time now before bed, since I felt like I can just go to sleep afterwards and keep my penis in this relaxed warm environment for several hours right after the session. But then I dont know when should I wear the silistretcher as a form of passive stretching.

5. How much rest should I have between the hanging sets and what should I do during this rest period?

6. When I want to use silistretcher just as an extender how do I addjust the stretching force? The straps sem to be quite long and I cannot seem to get enough tension.
Also how do I know what force to use. I know its supposed to be just light to moderate (since the passive stretching is for many hours) but since there is no way to measure it how do I know if Im using more or less tension than last time? Is it all just intuitive?

Half pound increments our best. I would not feel heavier than that except for your base weight. So if you’re able to hang 5 pounds you can use a 5 pound weight and then use incremental weights as you progress.

After you’re done training you should wear your silly stretcher for as long as you can in a passive mode meaning a light to medium stretch to help you heal in an elongated position.

The schedule is completely up to you. Many brothers are wearing the SS at a medium to light stretch through the night. So in that case you could train at night and finish off by using the SS through your sleeping stages.

You should take about a five minute break between sets to return a good blood flow. Do some basic penis massage.

If you go into the video section or if you go back to the store you can find all the videos on how to use the SS. Videos will help explain it to you but it’s going to take your own intuition to make the final choice.

You should give yourself 1 years to gain the needed 2 inches in length. Do everything possible to avoid short term goals. If your short term goal fails to come into fruition, you might become depressed and sad. It is best to give yourself 1 year for 2 inches length and get yourself a length master to use together with the SiliStretcher.
