I’ve been making extensive use of a massage gun for three months now and I wanted to share my experiences so far. At this point, I consider it an invaluable tool in my P.E. journey.

First, a little background. In the past, I went through a period of high stress that manifested itself physically. As a result, I have a good arsenal of mobility and therapy tools. A few really odd/obscure things too. One of these tools is a good quality massage gun. At one point I was fighting a nagging case of tennis elbow on both arms. Eventually I found a small brace that helped and developed a regular massage gun routine for my forearms that I did most days for years.

I started manual stretching in December and to say I was tight would be an understatement. Any pushing down on an erection would elicit a bit of pain in the lig area. I spent my whole life thinking this was normal. Shit, I didn’t even know there was a lig area. Stretching was uncomfortable to say the least, but it didn’t take long for me to notice a similarity in the feeling I was getting and the feeling I had when I first started massaging the elbows and forearms.

I began very delicately using the gun at the lig and lower shaft area with a softer attachment on the gun. I very quickly moved onto the single prong attachment which is much harder. It’s like using knuckle or pointed finger to drill down on the tight spots. For a couple of weeks I would get into the stretch position and really focus in on the tight spots with gun for the whole stretch. Things were improving quickly!

The massage gun became part of my warm up routine where I will move through the different positions and loosen up the ligs/base of the penis a I go. At first I was much more in the shaft than today.

Once I got a Lengthmaster the gun became more useful. You can really pull and get into spots that just don’t appear when manually stretching. When bundling you can use the gun to hit the tight areas at the base that are really tough. I’ve even moved down to the pelvic floor area (Up stretch) where spots that were rock hard are now becoming a bit more pliable. At this point, I spend the first two minutes of a five minute stretch hammering the tight spots that I feel are holding me back. I’m used to it now so other than the pelvic floor this is not tentative at all. It’s an attack on the ligs.

I’ve been thinking of writing this post for a while now, but for some reason was hesitant to do so. But I thought of another use for the gun that over the last week has seemingly catapulted me into an additional 90-180 degrees of bundle. So this has given me the push write the post.

Three weeks ago I got the idea to try the two prong attachment on the gun. It’s a U shaped piece or maybe envision football goalposts. I would imagine most have grabbed the glans and pulled then made a fist with the opposite hand a pushed down. Sorry, I don’t know the name given to this stretch. I really like this stretch and find myself doing it whenever I have a chance. The original idea was to put the shaft between the goalposts and let the gun do its thing. It began starting at the base and then working up and down the shaft.

The reaction I got was a little surprising. I would describe it as a flaccid semi. the shaft would expand, length long, but minimally stiff. What I was looking at should have been much stiffer. Odd! I decided this would be more of an end of day thing to try as I don’t want any expansion when stretching. This seemed to work. I felt like it was making the penis more pliable and slowly the amount of semi was disappearing. Which brings me to last week.

I’ve come to call this a “Prong Session” and last week I decided to bundle the penis manually before hitting it with the two-prong attachment. This was not something I ever did with the single-prong on a bundled shaft. It was too hard and direct and hurt when you hit folds in many areas. There was no such pain with the two-prong.
When I did it that night, the penis felt REALLY LOOSE!

The next morning I made the bundled two-prong part of my warm up and I then eased into my bundled stretch like never before. Later in the day, second session, no warm up-same thing. I had just recently gotten to 1 1/2 bundles and it was tough and delicate getting there. A week later I’m getting right into that 1 1/2 for stretches with minimal effort and when I do a max-bundle session it’s easily 90 degrees more than it was. I’m legitimately thinking 180 by the end of next week.

That’s it. I hope you guys found this interesting. These guns are not cheap, I just happened to have one laying around and gave it a shot. If you happen to have one or have access to one give it a shot.
 
I use the gun too with the ball rather than deep tissue pinpoint for the base of the penis. I don't recommend the prong nor the pinpoint as it can cause scarring tissues to form due to trauma from high velocity oscillatory impact. However, each person is different. Some have conditioned penises already prime to the point of no worries on regular impact traumas. I play safe using the ball to tenderize the soft tissues and ligs when needed for a few minutes, like before a hanging session. Remember to use the 17 seconds rule per impact zone.

I’m 100% positive that my experience with the forearms and elbows gave me the courage to proceed with this. It was extremely delicate at first, even with the softer pad. I would say 90% of my current use is in the lig area and below with the single prong attachment. Minimal on the shaft middle and down. I used it a lot more on the shaft at first, but the tissue loosened up pretty quick. The two prong is a different story and I’m still trying to think through what is happening. All I know is that I’ve made a leap forward in stretching since I started that bundled prong session.

Yes, it is a bit tough on the skin with some small scrapes. Mostly at the base for me. I think I’m starting to move past that though after a few months. Haven’t noticed much lately.
 
Oldandlively, I don’t hang as much as I would like, but I find that using the gun while hanging is more effective than before. Same with all stretches. I’m looking at it a two separate things: a warm up tool and a stretching tool. Like an accessory to the lengthmaster.
 
The length master is the most powerful tool you can own and the proof isn't the pudding when you look at all the progress reports and how quickly people grow using the length master
 
Hypothetical question: Lets say that I want to get 2cm more length. What is the best and time efficient method to do it using Length Master 3?

Is it doing bundled stretches? Any good routine?
 
BTC-BS is the answer to that question. I believe SIM would do 4x5 minute sets 2x per day for a 40 minute total. Hopefully he can shed more light on that or correct me if I’m wrong.

As SIM have pointed out, you got the high aggressive method vs the low aggressive, and then the common.

High aggressive is the variable bundle stretches using the Length Master, pushing the envelop of pain. Pain as in close to crying pain. Push the stretch level where you can feel the slight to moderate pain throughout the entire penile body, from the inside to the very tip of the glans. From my experience, it can range between 8 to 15 lbs of tension strength (based on hanging weights). Select 3 to 4 of the options with + 1 to the BTC. No matter what you do, the BTC is the critical key to get more of your penis. The other is the full twist left and full twist right, which is part of the 3 to 4 options of the routine. Twisting stresses the soft tissues required for the lateral stresses. I do this during hanging while I do other tasks at a stationary area. I also do this during ADS with a 60-minute rotation all day long. You already incorporated the semi-full erection into your PE, so I won't suggest anything beyond that.

Why isn't there a moderate? Unfortunately, there is none. As you go higher, you either smile and say, "Pfff..this is nothing." or "Oh crap, my dick is going to be ripped off."

Low aggressive is same with high aggressive, allowing to the penile body to feel that hard tug and pull all around. Rather than pushing the pain threshold to the point of crying, you're simply pushing to the point of "Ooohh man, that there is some good hard stretching." The tension weight is roughly between 5 to 7 lbs. This is where my current hanging weight is at, conditioning for the high aggressive to come coming out of too long of the old PE journey. This is to condition the glans more than anything else.

The common is mainly pumping and ADS, without exceeding 8 inHg and 2.5lbs of tension weight. By the way, you're using a vac tube, I'm assuming is around 2.5in in diameter, based your cannon you're building. Let's be liberal and say the surface area around 5 sq-in. 8 inHg x 5 sq-in of surface yield around 40lbs of yanking force against your skin. However, that's just suction force vs weight. The true applicable force is the weight of the cylinder (with water) and the force pulling on it. Most MityVac cylinder has a displaced water volume to weigh around 3 lbs account for gravitational pull, your hand(s) added 1 lb of additional outward exertion force, and the 15% of suction force from the cylinder. You're using about 10 lbs of tugging and pulling force on your entire penis comparable to hanging. Of course, this is an estimate and not exact weight comparison. Now you know why I use hanging weights (static weight against your penis) in the comparison to estimated weights from the system.

You'll understand when you start using the LM with static hanging weights to compare. That BTC high aggressive stretch is no joke. My wife laughed at me at time watching now much of a stretch I placed on my penis while bawling like a baby. However, the hanging flaccid afterward is crazy. Oh, don't have sex after doing the high aggressive mode. You'll be too fatigue to get it up at full mast.

I have a theory about permanent elongated (they retract to little) ligaments from hanging.
When you are stretching only 10 minutes at a time, you give time for recovery and growth, but also you give time for the ligaments to retract to their original position. If you stretch a ligament for to long and with to much force past a point, they will not retract fully.
The key is to get ~2 cm temporary elongation after every LengthyMaster 3 session (10 min x 2 times = 20 min) and then to keep this temporary elongation for a really long time, with a: pel.wrap (Penis Elongation Wrap), sleeve or an all day stretcher [SRT healing].

My ligaments still feel tight and good. But If I would have been hanging at a very heavy weight instead of using LengthMaster 3 with manual bundled stretches, my belief is that my ligaments would have been much looser.

This is where your loose feeling comes into play. If you over stressed the ligament, the ligament became loose from the inner anchoring point. During the loose stage, you wrap/strap the ADS on to keep yanking on the ligament. It only requires 1lbs of tension pressure to prevent the ligament anchors from retract back to its original points. However, I alway contemplate on how far the ligament anchor points travel before the supportive ligament is no longer viable. For 3 inches and you still have solid supporting erection, you proven your point that it can go even further. However, at this point, allow the anchor points to heal is truly advisable. Great job in switch to girth rather than pushing on length.

I do not want any more length so I will be fine.
I even believe I overdid it. I was fine at 5 Inch erected length, so I should have been content with 6.5 to 7 Inch erected length. But I could not stop. So here I am. I lost most of my muscle mass due to this obsession.

Yeah! I found a research paper about the ligaments ability to be stretched and be retracted. Because when I was stretching hard with LengthMaster3 I was worried about my ligaments, so I needed to read about how they worked.
They where talking about that, if you stretch the ligament to far, they will not be able to retract fully.

My theory is that hanging stretches your ligaments more then, manual stretches with your hands ( also: LengthMaster3), and the risk of overstretching the ligaments are greater with hanging.

But I can't find this research paper again.
I will stop penis enlargement fully now. I can always go back to my Bathmate pump if I need more thickness in the future.
But the length I'm stuck with for life.

Why? Healing ligamental retraction will make you lose a bit of gain. Keep lightly tugging at it when you can. Allow them to heal, but don't allow them to retract.

For hanging, static gravitational pull vs dynamic pulls (similar to your supportive ligaments during movement), you must monitor and limit the time loading. Those who are overzealous using super heavy weights and allowing too long of a hanging time will suffer ligamental tears. Light weight with dynamic twisting, moderate and heavy weight (5 to 7.5lbs MAX) to displace, and return to low eight (2.5lbs) low tension stretches. LM3 that you're using take advantage of the dynamic pulls going into 20 lbs territory, just like micro-span ligamental injury. Think of pitchers in baseball on their rotator cuffs, and shoulder ligaments.

Keep up at it, be girth or length, or both. You're one of the brothers' inspirations now.

So you are saying I should not let my ligaments fully heal in the retracted state?
I'm not doing any length work currently, but after an intense Bathmate session it feels like my ligaments have been pulled a lot, I can be wrong but that is the feeling I'm having. The same feeling as when I was stretching Behind The Cheeks Bundled Stretches with LengthMaster 3.
Also I'm wearing a penis elongation wrap all day long, will this also help to heal my ligaments not fully retracted?

But If I'm going to be honest, I would not be sad if I lost gains in length. I believe my Bathmate sessions will keep my penis long. Also I believe that the maximum bundles I did helped to cement my gains. But I understand that if my ligaments fully heal in a retracted state I would probably lose length. But is this not better from a more anatomical way = make the penis even more stable?

I have not lost any length jet. I am afraid of starting to stretch with LengthMaster 3, I do not want to become obsessed again and overshoot my length to much. My life needs to not only be about penis enlargement, I need to start living. Been trapped in this apartment for ~1 year (sleep, eating, penis enlargement, work and then repeat).

I have been lazy the last days, but I will do a session of Bathmate now to compensate.

I am a deep thinker and the reason I progressed into Behind The Cheeks Stretches, was do to lack of inner penis pull and ligament pull when doing downward stretches. I also logged everything related to length work. There was some post by @MosMaster that, made me realize what I needed to do in order to gain as fast as possible. I am a man that wants facts why something are working in order to optimize it to it's fullest.

After those intense bouts of LM3 stretches, your ligaments are already at a phase where they attempt to heal, but will be very slow to heal. The traumas can be compared to a person with twisted and dislocated knees attempt to run after the injuries. Sounds gruesome, but not so much for the penis.

Now, you're switching to pumping. Taking the same example, rather than running, you're walking on the same injured knees. No need to use the LM3 any more as long as you use the Bathmate. The same tugging and pulling on the ligaments will prevent the retraction of the ligaments, unless you don't use either LM3 or the Bathmate for months on end. You will give the ligaments the chance they need to reattach to the old anchoring sites. However, after if seeing your 3in gain, I can say the ligaments are no longer anchored to those old sites, but at least half an inch away, with looser/thinner ligamentary strands. In due time, the anchor sites will become stronger, and the ligaments will be thicker. If you want to gain more length, you have to lightly resume PE for length once every 3 to 6 weeks. After those intense bouts of LM3 stretches, your ligaments are already at a phase where they attempt to heal, but will be very slow to heal. The traumas can be compared to a person with twisted and dislocated knees attempt to run after the injuries. Sounds gruesome, but not so much for the penis.

Now, you're switching to pumping. Taking the same example, rather than running, you're walking on the same injured knees. No need to use the LM3 any more as long as you use the Bathmate. The same tugging and pulling on the ligaments will prevent the retraction of the ligaments, unless you don't use either LM3 or the Bathmate for months on end. You will give the ligaments the chance they need to reattach to the old anchoring sites. However, after if seeing your 3in gain, I can say the ligaments are no longer anchored to those old sites, but at least half an inch away, with looser/thinner ligamentary strands. In due time, the anchor sites will become stronger, and the ligaments will be thicker. If you want to gain more length, you have to lightly resume PE for length once every 3 to 6 weeks. Otherwise, it will take a lot of efforts to prep your inner tissues, ligaments, and muscles to prime for length grow again. But that's just IF you want to grow longer again.

But my goal was to max out my Bathmate HydroExtreme 7 Wide Boy now, and then later the HydroExtreme 9.
Probably have to stick with that plan.

At 4.6cm, you're practically at the point where most females will be filled to the brim. We all know our objective for more matured females start at 4.8. You are blazing into pleasure zone. I'm still trailing behind.

If and only if you overstressed it to the point of generating lactic acidosis level, tissues will react to switch to conservation stasis over sexually active states. However, those who have been pumping for a long time, that no longer be relevant to a certain extent. However, EQ can suddenly cut off. It happens to me at time when I overpushed myself just before sex. After a good few hours of rest without ADS or wrapping, it resets very quickly. This commonly occurs around 1.5x to 1.75x expansion rate. The expansion of external expansion does not correlate to 1:1 expansion ratio internally. The internal expansion should be around 1.25x to 1.3x. When people start to discuss about 102% to 109% expansion rate, they are "predictively" estimating the possible values before cell membrane breakage. That is incorrect. Base on the cellular science, it takes up to 125% to 150% tolerance external force to break the cell membranes. Otherwise, we'll be bleeding internally from light impacts and look like a blood mesh externally. You are correct that there amount of internal blood pressure in the corpus cavernosa and spongiosum push against the
tunica albigunea tissues to get that erectile pressure, like a vehicle tire. When either or both are stressed, pressure is loss to maintain erection. There must be a counterbalance of internal pressure and outer restrictive force.

For the hard limits, it's just that. You do hit a certain hard limit along the way in terms of expansion. Stressors the cells encountered get recorded at the cellular level. The body readapta by releasing antagonistic hormones and reactive antigens to prevent further cellular replication based on DNA base modeling. This is to prevent you from mutations. I can explain the deeper sciences behind it if you like. It will be a novel though. However, allowing the body to rest and reset through a break of a few months, tricking the body only to repair as needed through light girth work, the body will react with minimal antagonistic responses. It's just hard to be scientific about when doing sessions. I go mostly on the feeling in my penis in order to reprogram and preprogram the tissue.

I have done 3 days now with hard pumping and the expansion is insane now on the last day. But if I understood your definition, I need to preprogram now in order to grow (wearing a penis elongation wrap, rest some days + MOSRED).

Without knowing it I have been balancing the reprograming phase and preprograming phase perfectly throughout my penis enlargement journey, without knowing the deep underlaying biological mechanisms for this.

Air pumping is great if you're dealing with limited girth growth and focus on EQ and partial length growth. In a confined cylinder roughly 110% of your of your erected girth, you are forcing blood flow into the penis to provide essential building and repairing materials to combat ED, at the same time, correcting damaged tissues like scarring, or even Peyronie's to an extent. Breaking cells down, forcing them to repair, and constrain them within a straight tubular elongation only. However, as you already know, air vacuum pressure causes inconsistent pressurized balance. Just like we discussed in other posts, it causes weakened gaps to be larger, and deformities to be in the extreme states. With water, consistent surround pressure preventa that from happening, but at the same time, there must not be any large air gap in the system to cause the displacement of water ans cause extreme deformities. The bubble cannot be larger than 1.5 cubic centimeters. It's hard at first, but there are ways to work around it. You just have to find that easy approach. I jostle the BM around to get all the air out of the ridges of the gaiter, lean back, and pump the air out through the hand pump. That can't be done without it.

Your limit may be soon, but you probably can still gain another 1 to 1.5cm before you encounter that limit. Your body may even detect that you are trying to grow, and keeps providing you the pathway to push to another 5cm of growth. There's no way to determine a hard limit until your body tells you. Most commonly, around 6 to 9 months. Some went as far as 2 years. I freaked out when my acquaintance told me he kept on gaining after 9 months, into 18 months with a bit of slowdown, ans stop gaining around 19 to 24 months. I advised him to switch off for 6 months then resume. He kept growing after the reset phase. I feel sorry for the poor girls he met and will be meeting. One of the girls said his girth was like him fisting her on the inside, but she could not stop her legs from shaking due to intense climaxes. Take the good with the bad.

If you are going crazy for girth like you are with length, you'll get that 1 to 1.5cm in diameter. If you're taking it easy, that will be circumference instead.

This is where you want to control which direction you're going. Going intense at first, then slowly back off to maintain. Or you can go in a relaxed manner until you may hit a hard limit, go higher intensity to break the hard limit barrier, and stop if it doesn't work to reset.

You can go hard and fast, and then ease up to maintain. It's better to reach a direction fast, then just ease up when you need to. Light girth work is much easier than moderate to heavy girth work. But knowing your addiction, you might shot right over the objective line and continue running like Forrest Gump.

Yes! Had the same problem with length.
I agree better to go hard for what you want and then ease up.

But imagine maxing out the Bathmate HydroXtreme 7 Wide Boy in girth from the bottom to the valve. Would be insane and overkill.
 
How do you do light girth work?
Do you need a gauge to monitor the pressure? What pressure should you be at in your opinion?
For 1.5 decades, what I do to maintain the girth from shrinkage and practically no additional gain by doing similar 5x5x3 sessions every 1 to 2 months. You can even cut it down to once every 3 months. Rather than doing high pressure and high intensity, just reduce down to 5 inHg to trigger healing responses. Nothing more. You can even get to 6 inHg, or be creative using 8 inHg using the 3x3x3 sessions. At times, wife like to venture into a temporary gain, so I push 5x3 using 10 inHg. That in itself provide maintenance and healing without gaining.
