malebridge: anyone order from them? having delays...

I have tried contacting them, but there was no luck by the numbers or email. Perhaps something's going on over there, but regardless my order status hasnt changed.

Id like to know if others had any trouble, or if there order shipped quickly?

I ordered from them around the first of the year and don't recall having any trouble but it was a about a week before I got a notification about my shipment according to my emails I have from them.
